Claims (4)
- 다종의 산림 잔여물을 제1투입기(10)에서 분쇄기(12)로 보내어 분쇄하고, 중간 공정을 거쳐 팔레타이저(35)에서 규격화된 연료로 생성하는 장치에 있어서:상기 제1투입기(10)의 하류측과 혼합기(15)로 동시 연결되고, 상기 분쇄된 제1원료에 혼합하기 위한 제2원료를 수용하는 제2투입기(20);상기 혼합기(15)의 하류측에 중간원료를 받도록 설치되고, 상기 중간원료를 고온에서 고속으로 탄화하는 카보나이저(22);상기 카보나이저(22)의 하류측에 탄화된 중간원료를 받도록 설치되고, 쿨러(24)를 거쳐 냉각된 중간원료를 고운 입자 상태로 분쇄하는 분쇄기(26); 및상기 분쇄기(26)의 하류측과 혼합기(32)로 동시에 연결되고, 상기 미분쇄된 중간원료에 혼합하기 위한 제3원료를 수용하는 제3투입기(30);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산림 잔여물의 연료화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 카보나이저(22)는 급기부(16)와 가스공급부(18)를 제어하여 400-700℃의 온도 조절범위를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산림 잔여물의 연료화 장치.
- 다종의 산림 잔여물을 분쇄한 제1원료를 투입하고, 중간 공정을 거쳐 규격화된 연료로 생성하는 방법에 있어서:상기 제1원료에 고무나무과를 주재로 하는 제2원료를 혼합하는 제1단계;상기 혼합된 중간원료를 탄화시켜 탄소 70-90 wt%, 휘발성 물질 8-10 %wt 등으로 구성되는 탄화물을 생성하는 제2단계;상기 탄화물을 200메쉬 이상의 고운입자로 분쇄하는 제3단계; 및상기 미분쇄된 중간원료에 생톱밥을 주재로 하는 제3원료를 혼합하는 제4단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산림 잔여물의 연료화 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제4단계에서 제3원료는 20-30 wt% 범위로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산림 잔여물의 연료화 방법.
