Claims (5)
- 전열 조리기구에 있어서,니켈 브레이징 또는 알루미늄 브레이징 또는 동판 브레이징 합금 중 어느 하나의 클래드층을 중심으로 하여 저면에는 스테인레이스계 STS430이 코팅되고, 상부면에는 스테인레이스계 STS304가 코팅된 클래드합금판(11)으로 구성된 가열판과,상기 가열판의 저면에 구비되는 가열수단을 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 가열수단은 금속성면상발열체(20)로 구성되고,상기 금속성면상발열체(20)는 클래드합금판(11)의 저면에 도포된 세라믹절연층(21)과, 상기 세라믹절연층(21)의 상부에 스크린 인쇄된 Ag-Pd화합물로 이루어지는 금속저항페이스트층(22)과, 상기 금속저항페이스트층(22)의 양단에 도포된 전도성전극페이스트층(23)과, 절연을 위해 상기 금속저항페이스트층(22) 및 전도성전극페이스트층(23)의 상부면에 도포된 절연용고분자층(24)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체를 이용한 전기쿡탑.
