Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 폐수를 응집부상조에 유입시키고 응집제와 응집보조제를 주입하여 유기물을 응집하는 단계;폐수내의 유기물 산화에 필요한 오존을 자흡식내부반송펌프에 의해 가압난류반응조로 흡입시키고 상기 응집부상조를 통과하여 유출된 폐수와 상기 가압난류반응조에서 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 가압난류반응조의 유출수의 일부를 상기 응집부상조로 유입시키고 다른 일부를 상기 자흡식내부반송펌프를 이용하여 상기 가압난류반응조로 내부반송하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가압난류반응조는 3중의 난류유도장치가 설치되어 회전난류를 유발하여 오염물질 분해반응을 극대화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가압난류반응조는 난류발생을 극대화하기 위해 반응조의 벽에 다공성의 배플(baffle)을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가압난류반응조의 압력은 2~10㎏/㎠ 를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가압난류반응조에서 처리된 폐수의 일부를 상기 응집부상조 내의 제1응집부상조로 유입시키고 다른 일부를 상기 응집부상조 내의 제2응집부상조로 유입시켜 다시 유기물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제2응집부상조에는 응집보조제인 무기성 폴리머(polymer)만을 주입하여 유기물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리방법.
