Claims (7)
- 무선 패킷 데이터 모드 통신들에서 사용하기 위한, 고 우선 순위 원격 유닛과 기지국 간의 우선 순위화된 통신(prioritized communication)을 제공하는 방법에 있어서,상기 기지국과 관련된 제 1 랜덤 액세스 채널 상에서 혼잡 상태(busy status)를 검출하는 단계,상기 기지국에 의해 제 2 랜덤 액세스 채널을 제공하는 단계; 및상기 제 2 랜덤 액세스 채널을 통해 상기 고 우선 순위 원격 유닛으로부터 상기 기지국으로 통신하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 제 2 랜덤 액세스 채널은 상기 제 1 랜덤 액세스 채널의 혼잡 상태가 검출되는 동안만 사용 가능하고,상기 제 2 랜덤 액세스 채널은 단지 고 우선 순위 원격 유닛들만이 액세스할 수 있으며,상기 기지국은 상기 제 1 랜덤 액세스 채널 및 상기 제 2 랜덤 액세스 채널중 어느 하나를 이용하여 스위칭 및 통신할 수 있는, 우선 순위화된 통신 제공 방법.

- 무선 패킷 데이터 모드 통신들에서 사용하기 위한, 타겟 디바이스와 선택된 하나 이상의 선택 소스 디바이스들 간의 우선 순위화된 통신을 제공하는 방법에 있어서,방송 채널;제 1 랜덤 액세스 채널;제 2 랜덤 액세스 채널; 및채널 상태 감시 콤포넌트를 포함하고,상기 채널 상태 감시 콤포넌트는 혼잡 네트워크를 검출하고, 이에 의해 상기 제 2 랜덤 액세스 채널은 사용 가능해지고,상기 방송 채널은 상기 제 2 랜덤 액세스 채널의 사용 가능성을 상기 하나 이상의 소스 디바이스들에게 통보하기 위하여 이용되고,상기 하나 이상의 소스 디바이스들은 상기 타겟 디바이스와 통신하기 위하여 상기 제 2 랜덤 액세스 채널을 이용하며,상기 하나 이상의 소스 디바이스들은 상기 기지국과 통신할 수 있는 소스 디바이스들의 전체 수보다 적은 그룹이며, 상기 그룹은 상기 제 1 랜덤 액세스 채널외에 상기 제 2 랜덤 액세스 채널을 이용하기 위하여 특별히 인에이블된, 우선 순위화된 통신 제공 시스템.
