Description

골재 세척장치 {a clean system for stone}Aggregate Cleaner {a clean system for stone}

The present invention relates to an aggregate washing apparatus, and more particularly, to remove the foreign matter in order to select and reuse the recycled aggregate from the construction waste, and to invent the cleaning of the aggregate more clean.

Conventional construction waste is generated in the form of aggregates, styrofoam, wood, reinforcing by various forms such as reinforcement, and is processed by simple landfill or sorted by type to be treated as recycling / landfill / incineration.

In case of simple landfill, there are various limitations, it is not only difficult to secure landfill site but also there are many problems such as land pollution or damage, and strict management is required. The sorting treatment is carried out, and the recovery method of recycled aggregate is the most preferable treatment method.

Construction waste mainly contains aggregates (including sand), and other styrofoam, flakes, wood, etc., which are used as reinforcing bars and thermal insulation materials.

Therefore, in order to recycle the aggregate after recovery, the processes of separation, crushing, metal separation, foreign material separation, and washing are repeatedly performed.

Soil, which is embedded in foreign matter such as styrofoam or wood chips or aggregates, affects the quality of the product and affects the efficiency of the entire processing operation.

Conventionally, treatment apparatuses of various structures have been proposed for washing foreign substances or aggregates in such a waste treatment process.

In other words, a method of blowing a light substance by applying wind pressure is also used, but it is not perfect, and it is difficult to remove foreign substances or earth dusts on the aggregate.

For this reason, a conventional water treatment apparatus is introduced and used to put aggregate into a water tank to separate suspended matter, and the sinked aggregate is discharged with a screw or the like.

However, such a conventional water treatment device is a structure in which the floating aggregates that float to the surface by putting the aggregate in the state filled with water in the water tank are rolled out by the rotary blades (wings attached to the arm at regular intervals on the rotating shaft), and the sunken aggregate is pumped up. As a result, the soil is not completely separated from the ground and aggregate, and a large amount of water is sprinkled together in the discharge process of the aggregate, thereby providing a continuous supply of water.

And, there was a problem that the working environment is poor because water splashes around the water treatment workshop.

In addition, the soil is discharged together with the aggregate, so that the aggregate is not properly washed, there is a disadvantage that the quality of the produced aggregate is reduced.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a washing apparatus capable of recycling from construction waste to high quality aggregate.

Another object of the present invention is to clean the injected aggregate cleanly separated into recyclable aggregate and soil, the separated aggregate and soil are discharged through different paths, and the process of separating and discharging suspended solids from the aggregate light weight from the aggregate continuously It is to provide a cleaning device to be made.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a washing apparatus capable of drastically reducing the content of foreign matter in the produced aggregate components.

According to the configuration of the present invention described above, not only can significantly reduce the content of foreign matter in the produced aggregate components, but also to be recycled from the construction waste to high quality aggregate.

In addition, since the process of separating and discharging the foreign matter separated by the washing is made continuously can reduce operating costs and give economic benefits.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is an overall device diagram of the present invention.

2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the structure of the venturi tube 40 for automatically supplying air to the apparatus of the present invention.

The washing tank 10 is used to clean the aggregate by storing and purifying a certain amount of water, and to separate low-density substances (foreign substances such as styrofoam, gumble, clothes, vinyl, etc.) from the aggregate. At the same time as floating through the upper portion is discharged to the outside through the discharge pipe (70).

The washing tank 10 has a bottom inclined upward to store an appropriate amount of water, and the aeration tank 20 is installed at one side of the biased position.

Aggregate injected by the aeration as described below by the aeration tank 20 is settled to wash away the foreign matter on the surface, floating of the foreign matter rises, the earthen quarter is settled to the bottom narrowing in the tapered form Lose.

The washed aggregate is then discharged after being moved to a desired collection position by the conveyor 60.

Conveyor 60 is contained by a pocket 63 attached to a predetermined interval on the belt 62 by a belt driving device that is operated by the power of the motor 61, as known in the art to discharge the aggregate to the outside. .

At this time, the belt 62 may be drilled a plurality of holes at regular intervals so that the soil of relatively fine size is discharged to the lower portion.

On the other hand, the soil contained in the aggregate sedimented to the bottom of the tank to accumulate the soil to be periodically scraped to the outside to perform the work.

The lower part of the aeration tank 20 is opened for the fall of the aggregate, the water supply pipe 30 is piped from the outside to the broken lower portion is to spray the washing water with a strong pressure through the pump 31.

At this time, the venturi tube 40 is installed to supply air with water to the water supply pipe 30.

벤츄리관(40)은 도 2에서와 같이 물이동 통로를 좁히는 것에 의해 내부 압력이 낮아져 외부에 연통된 에어관(41)을 통해 외부 공기가 자동으로 유입되도록 한다.(벤츄리효과)Venturi tube 40 is the internal pressure is lowered by narrowing the water passage as shown in Figure 2 so that the outside air is automatically introduced through the air pipe 41 communicated to the outside (venturi effect).

The air introduced through the air pipe 41 into the water supply pipe 30 is very finely split and then injected from the lower part of the aeration tank 20. As a very small and myriad of air bubbles are raised, the foreign matter adhering to the aggregate is removed and then contacted. Is raised.

In addition, the light weight material such as vinyl or styrofoam contained in the aggregate is floating in the upper portion of the aeration tank 20, the floating foreign matter overflowed from the aeration tank 20 is discharged to the outside through the discharge pipe (70).

In this way, the effect of separating and removing the foreign matter strongly attached to the aggregate by the impulse bubble and aggregate in the aeration tank 20 is excellent.

In addition, the various foreign matters separated by the air bubbles can be quickly floated and discharged through the discharge pipe (70).

On the other hand, inside the aeration tank 20, the guide member 50 is fixedly installed in a state where both passages are allowed by the fixing plate 51.

The guide member 50 has a space in which the upper and lower streams are in contact with the air bubble and the passageway in which the aggregate falls by inducing an appropriate interval between the inner diameters of the guide member 50 and the aeration tank 20.

Therefore, the aeration effect can be further enhanced by the aggregate expanding the contact probability and the contact area with the washing water.

Here, the upper portion of the induction member 50 is preferably installed lower than the water level of the aeration tank 20 so that the aggregates can be contacted after being buffered by water so as not to be damaged by the collision with the aggregates.
