Claims (2)
- 반사전극을 구비하여 주변광으로 화상을 표시하는 반사부와 백라이트의 광으로 화상을 표시하는 투과부를 갖는 반투과형 액정표시장치로서,대향 배치된 하부기판과 상부기판;상기 상부기판상에 상기 반사부에서의 두께가 상기 투과부에서의 두께보다 얇게 형성된 컬러필터 레진막;상기 컬러필터 레진막의 두께가 변하는 부분의 측면에 형성된 금속막;상기 금속막이 형성된 컬러필터 레진막 하면에 형성된 오버 코팅층;상기 오버 코팅층 하면에 형성된 공통전극; 및상기 하부기판과 상부기판 사이에 개재된 액정층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속막은 알루미늄 또는 은인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
