상기한 문제점을 감안하여 대한민국 실용신안등록 제20-0377003호 "오토바이용 음식물 배달박스"에는, 배달박스의 일면에 발광 표시수단을 내장하여 야간에도 광고효과를 기대할 수 있도록 한 향상된 구조가 소개되고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 등록고안의 배달박스는 그 일면에 내부가 투시되는 표시창을 마련하고, 그 내부에 발광 표시수단을 고정시켜 설치하고 있는 것으로서, 배달박스에 담기게 되는 뜨거운 음식물로부터 발생된 수증기가 밀폐된 배달박스 내의 발광 표시수단에 미치게 되어 내구수명을 현저히 저하시키게 되는 중대한 결함을 지니고 있는 것이다.
