Claims (4)
- 필요한 형태에 따라 가공 처리된 동종이식 또는 이종이식 골조직을 멸균 처리한 바이알에 투입하고 상기 바이알에 고무 캡을 하프-캡핑하는 하프 캡핑 공정과, 상기 바이알을 온도 조절이 가능한 진공 동결 건조기 내부에 투입한 후 진공하에서 일정 온도에서 일정 시간동안 상기 바이알 내부의 골조직을 동결 건조시키는 동결 건조 공정과, 상기 골조직의 동결 건조가 완료되면 상기 진공 동결 건조기 내부에서 프레스를 이용하여 상기 고무 캡을 눌러 캡핑시키는 캡핑 공정과, 캡핑이 완료된 상기 바이알을 상기 진공 동결 건조기에서 배출한 다음 포장하는 포장 공정으로 이루어지는 골조직의 진공 포장 공법에 있어서,상기 동결 건조 공정은 6.66~13.33Pa의 진공압력과 -40~-30℃의 온도에서 11~13시간동안 동결 건조시키는 1차 동결 건조 단계와, 1차 동결 건조된 골조직을 10~15℃의 온도에서 1~2시간동안 동결 건조시키는 2차 동결 건조 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 골조직의 진공 포장 공법.
