Claims (3)
- 광원으로부터 전달된 신호에 경로차를 부여하기 위하여, 긴 길이의 광섬유와 짧은 길이의 광섬유를 포함하도록 구성된 제1 광섬유배열; 상기 긴 길이의 광섬유로 이동된 신호를 변조하는 제1 위상변조기; 및 상기 제1 광섬유배열의 경로차로 인해 발생된 2개의 신호를 각각 단일광자로 만들기 위한 감쇄기;를 포함하는 전송부와,양자 채널을 통하여 상기 전송부로부터 전달된 경로차를 갖는 각 신호에 대하여 다시 경로차를 부여하기 위하여, 긴 길이의 광섬유와 짧은 길이의 광섬유를 포함하도록 구성된 제2 광섬유배열; 상기 제2 광섬유배열의 긴 길이의 광섬유로 이동된 신호를 변조하는 제2 위상변조기; 및 상기 제2 광섬유부에서 출력되는 신호 사이의 간섭을 검출하는 검출기;를 포함하는 수신부를 포함하며,열팽창 계수가 0에 가깝도록 유지하면서, B2O3, SiO2, GeO2를 포함하고, 이때 B2O3의 함유량을 전체몰 대비하여 2-10 mol%를 함유하여 조성된 코어; 상기 코어의 외측에 형성되고, 굴절율이 외부 클래딩층의 굴절율보다 작도록 SiO2에 F와 P중 1종 이상의 첨가제를 첨가하여 이루어진 내부 클래딩층; 및 상기 내부 클래딩층상에 형성된 SiO2로 조성된 외부 클래딩층;을 포함하여 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 양자암호 단일방향 전송시스템.
