The present invention relates to an oil cooler, and more particularly, to an oil cooler embedded in a tank of a radiator.

In general, in an automatic transmission vehicle, an oil cooler cools engine oil of a torque converter or a power transmission system, and is mounted in a tank of a radiator to cool using engine coolant.

As shown in Fig. 1, the oil cooler 1 incorporated in a tank of a conventional radiator has a structure in which a main body 2 formed of a double tube and an inlet tube 4 and an outlet tube 6 provided on both outer walls of the main body are installed. As shown in Fig. 2, the main body 2 has an outer appearance 8 and an inner tube 10 having a circular cross section, and heat transfer for increasing the cooling efficiency of the oil between the outer appearance 8 and the inner tube 10. The pin 12 is arranged.

As shown in FIG. 2, the flange 8 having the threaded portion 14a is coupled to the exterior 8, and the inlet pipe 4 and the outlet pipe 6 are coupled to the flange 14, Oil flows in and out between the exterior 8 and the inner tube 10. Cooling water flows through the exterior of the exterior 8 and the interior of the inner tube 10 to exchange heat with the oil. The heat transfer fin 12 is a structure formed by joining a plurality of corrugated fins at predetermined intervals, as shown in FIG.
