Abstract

A soundproof wall for a prefabricated panel is provided to insulate noise and heat efficiently by using expanded polystyrene and a rubber soundproof plate, to minimize injury by restricting a fire with fireproof material, and to cut down the construction cost by reducing the weight of the wall. A soundproof wall includes outer wall layers(10a,10b), and an inner wall layer. The outer wall layers are formed at both ends of the soundproof wall, and made of a compressed natural pulp fiber sheet. The inner wall layer has expanded polystyrene layers(20a,20b), and a soundproof plate(30) formed in the core of the inner wall layer. The sheet of the outer wall layer is formed by pressing and bonding natural pulp fiber layers made of kenaf with fireproof adhesive. The expanded polystyrene is formed by adding a fire retardant, and the soundproof plate is formed by mixing rubber with acrylic resin and bonding the mixture with heat.

The present invention relates to a sound insulating wall for a prefabricated panel, and in detail, a plate material compressed with natural pulp fibers using sheepskins is used as an outer wall layer, and an inner wall layer includes expanded polystyrene (EPS) and a sound insulating plate. The present invention relates to a sound insulation wall for a prefabricated panel which is light and has improved strength as a fireproof wall according to the building method, as well as heat insulation, insulation and sound insulation effects.

Looking at the wall structure using a conventional foamed polystyrene, as shown in Figure 1, the outer wall layer is made of a metal material, the inner wall layer to take a conventional configuration to fill the foamed polystyrene, or using a plasterboard as the outer wall layer and the inner wall As the layer, a method such as using expanded polystyrene was used.

Expanded polystyrene is generally known domestically in styropolo. Polystyrene is a widely used plastic and is a polymer of styrene. It is a colorless and transparent thermoplastic material. It becomes soft at 100 ° C or higher and becomes about 185 ° C. It becomes a viscous liquid and has strong properties such as acid, alkali, oil, alcohol, and the like. Foamed polystyrene is a foamed product in which a hydrocarbon gas such as pentane or butane is inflated into the polystyrene resin and then inflated with steam. It is a resource-saving material in which 98% of the volume is air and 2% is resin. In the manufacturing process, a blowing agent such as pentane or butane gas is injected into styrene, polymerized with water, and heated until it reaches a predetermined molecular weight. Subsequently, the beads, which are spherical particles of the expanded polystyrene obtained, are washed and dried, and the waste water is treated and sorted to obtain a finished product.

As in the prior art, the foamed polystyrene layer constituting the outer wall layer and the inner wall layer of the metal material did not have sufficient effect on sound insulation or sound insulation even though it had insulation and thermal insulation effect, because the vibration of the outer wall layer of the metal material It is transmitted to the expanded polystyrene because the elastic force of the expanded polystyrene is excellent because it transmits the vibration of the outer wall layer to the metal material of the outer wall layer on the other side. In addition, even if it has an effect as a fire-resistant wall, the thickness of the wall is thickened to satisfy the fire-resistant structure of the building, thereby increasing the load of the wall, thereby affecting the structure of the building.

In addition, the prior art had a problem that when the metal is heated, the expanded polystyrene may be melted or burned, and toxic gas is generated, resulting in human injury.

The present invention is to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a sound insulation wall for the prefabricated panel excellent in heat insulation and sound insulation.

In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a prefabricated panel sound insulation wall that can reduce the damage to life as much as possible in the event of fire in the building by using a flame-retardant material.

In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a soundproof wall that satisfies the fire resistance structure of the building method and has a light weight and high strength.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention, in the prefabricated panel wall, consisting of a crimped natural pulp fiber plate layer of a predetermined thickness at both ends, the outer wall layer having a space formed therein, and the foam filled in the inner space An outer wall layer composed of a polystyrene (EPS) layer and an inner wall layer formed of a sound insulation plate formed at the core of the expanded polystyrene layer, or an outer wall layer formed of a compressed natural pulp fiber sheet material layer having a predetermined thickness at both ends, and having a space formed therein. And an inner wall layer formed of a sound insulation plate fixedly bonded to both sides of the plate material layer, and a foamed polystyrene layer filled in a space between the sound insulation plates.

The plate layer is formed by thermocompression bonding a plurality of natural pulp fiber layers using kenaf fibers using a flame retardant adhesive to have a predetermined thickness. Using a natural fiber of a sheep, which is obtained by fermenting a sheep, to form a thin filamentous filament fiber layer, and thermally compresses a plurality of filament filament layers with a flame-retardant adhesive therein so that an adhesive penetrates into the inner space of the fibrous layer to form a sheet material similar to plywood. Is obtained. A flame retardant adhesive is made by adding a flame retardant to synthetic resins, such as epoxy resin, an olefin resin, rubber | gum, and acrylic acid resin, or adding a flame retardant to a melamine resin.

Because hemp is a natural fiber, it is easy to burn, but it can withstand the initial temperature of fire by compressing and forming the natural pulp fiber thickly with the above flame retardant adhesive. It is strong and satisfies the prescribed requirements as a fireproof wall under the Building Law. It also has the advantage that the thickness of the plate layer can be easily adjusted. However, since the outer wall must be formed, it must have a thickness to maintain the minimum strength. The minimum thickness depends on the required strength and the conditions as a fireproof wall. In addition, the plate layer is made to foam thick when the fire is exposed to the fire. This is because the plate layer is pressed to the fiber material of the sheep, so that the compressive force is weakened when the heat is applied to the plate layer is foamed. Since the plate layer forms the outer wall of the wall, the plate layer made of natural pulp fibers on both sides of the wall constitutes the outer wall layer. Therefore, a space is formed in the center of the outer wall layer which is a sheet material layer.

The space inside the plate layer is filled with expanded polystyrene (EPS). Foamed polystyrene can generate toxic gases while melting at about 180 ° C. Therefore, it is preferable to use the flame-retardant expanded polystyrene having a flame retardancy as the expanded polystyrene. Flame retardant expanded polystyrene is produced by subjecting the expanded polystyrene to flame retardant treatment. By using flame retardant expanded polystyrene, it is possible to withstand the initial temperature in the event of a fire.

The sound insulation plate uses a flame retardant rubber plate formed by flame-retardant rubber plate. Rubber is generally flame retardant by using flame retardant acrylic resin because it generates toxic gas when it is burned. That is, when the rubber sheet is prepared, an acrylic resin in powder form is added, and a rubber plate is manufactured by thermocompressing a mixture of rubber and acrylic resin to have flame retardancy. The composition ratio is made by mixing the rubber sheet and acrylic resin in a ratio of 2: 1 and thermocompressing them. Due to the structure of the sound insulation board, the vibration of the sound passing through the sheet layer is absorbed to some extent while passing through the expanded polystyrene, and the vibration of the sound is absorbed by the sound insulation panel again, and the vibration is absorbed again from the expanded polystyrene connected to the sound insulation panel. It will have a structure that can increase the effect on sound insulation and sound insulation.

In addition, the wall may be configured as a sound insulating wall formed by adhering and fixing the sound insulation plate to both sides of the inner plate layer, and filling foam polystyrene therein. Since the sound insulation plate is formed in two places, it can be effective in preventing sound insulation. Since sound is a kind of vibration, vibration through the plate is primarily absorbed by the sound insulation panel, and the vibration of sound absorbed to some extent is weakly absorbed while passing through the expanded polystyrene, and again absorbed while passing through the sound insulation panel. It can be said to be effective for sound insulation and sound insulation.

By taking the structure as described above, not only the sound insulation and sound insulation effects but also the use of a flame retardant material can minimize the damage to life in case of fire, and has the advantage of satisfying the conditions as a fireproof wall in the building law.

Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings will be described an embodiment of the present invention in more detail.

1 is a cross-sectional view of a wall for a prefabricated building, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a soundproof wall for a prefabricated panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a soundproof wall for a prefabricated panel according to another embodiment of the present invention. Is an assembled cross-sectional view of assembling the sound insulation wall for a prefabricated panel according to an embodiment of the present invention.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 2. First, an outer wall layer 10 of a plate layer formed by thermocompression bonding with a flame retardant adhesive on natural pulp fibers made of kenaf fibers is formed. As the soundproof wall for the prefabricated panel, the wall is formed in two places. Therefore, the outer wall layer is formed in two places 10a and 10b. An inner space is formed between the outer wall layers 10a and 10b, and the formed inner space is filled with expanded polystyrene 20a and 20b. Inside the expanded polystyrene 20, the sound insulation plate 30 is formed again. Since the outer wall layer 10 is formed by thermocompression bonding to a natural pulp fiber with a flame-retardant adhesive, it is light, and since natural pulp fiber is used, the outer wall layer 10 may have a considerably higher strength than plywood strength. In addition, in order to increase flame retardancy or fire resistance, the thickness of the plate layer may be increased. Expanded polystyrene (20a, 20b) is a flame retardant by adding a flame retardant to withstand the temperature of the initial fire. In addition, the sound insulation board 30 uses the rubber board which made acrylic flame retardant by adding acrylic resin to rubber.

In the sound insulation wall having the structure as described above, when vibrations such as sound first pass through the outer wall layer 10a, the vibration is primarily absorbed to some extent in the foamed polystyrene layer 20a, and then in the sound insulation plate 30. This is absorbed, because the sound absorbing plate 30 is made of a rubber material, due to the absorbency of the rubber is a considerable portion of the vibration is absorbed. Finally, most of the vibration is absorbed as it passes through the expanded polystyrene layer 20b, and finally, it is transmitted through the outer wall layer 10b, and almost no noise is generated at this point.

3 corresponds to another embodiment of the present invention. In another embodiment, the outer wall layers 10a and 10b formed of a plate layer of compressed natural pulp fibers are formed to form a space therein, and the sound insulation plates 30a and 30b are first formed in the inner space of the outer wall layer. It adhere | attaches and fixes to 10a, 10b, and has the structure which fills the foamed polystyrene layer 20 inside the sound insulation boards 30a and 30b. The configuration of this embodiment is different from that of one embodiment and the sound insulation plate is doubled, each of the components have the same materials. Looking at the vibration transmission according to this embodiment, when the noise, such as sound passes through the wall (10a), first to reach the sound insulation plate (30a), the sound insulation plate (30a) is a rubber material, so the noise is a substantial part of the sound insulation plate After being absorbed, the noise is reduced to some extent while passing through the expanded polystyrene layer 20, and most of the noise is blocked by the sound insulation board 30b. In addition, since all components constituting the wall are flame retardant material, it is possible to minimize the damage to life even in the event of fire.

4 is a view showing a sound insulation wall completed by attaching a finishing member to the edge of the sound insulation wall and the sound insulation wall of the prefabricated partition panel. The sound insulating wall closes the upper and lower portions of the wall with the edge finishing member 40. The finishing member 40 may be made of wood or metal, but in general, it is preferable to use a product made of flame-retardant synthetic resin. It can be used as a prefabricated partition panel by connecting the sound insulation wall with an edge. The reason for forming the edge is to maintain the shape as a fireproof wall at a predetermined temperature and time.

The sound insulation wall for a prefabricated panel of this invention is excellent in heat insulation and sound insulation effect by using the foamed polystyrene and the sound insulation board of rubber material.

In addition, the present invention has the effect that by using a flame-retardant material it can minimize the damage to life even in the event of fire in the building.

Moreover, since this invention is a soundproof wall, it also has an effect which functions as a fireproof wall which satisfy | fills the requirements as a fireproof structure required by the construction method.

In addition, since the present invention has a light weight of the wall itself, in the case of a house, the thickness of the wall may be thinner, and thus the space of the house may be wider, and the thickness of the inner wall becomes lighter, thereby reducing the overall load, thereby reducing the construction cost. .
