Abstract

A book cover with cards is provided to enable infants to know the meanings of words and to secure the visual and auditory effect in playing a game with the circular cards by printing English words and meanings on the front side of the card and pictures on the rear side. A book cover with cards is composed of a cover surface part; a boundary part(1) cut out along a cut line to divide parts for the cards on the surface part; a part(2) printed with accents of the characters and formed on one surface of the card part; a part(3) printed with words and formed on one surface of the card part; and a part(4) printed with translation of the words to check the meaning of the words in playing a game with the circular cards printed with the words, and formed on one surface of the card part.

카드를 이용한 학습법은 일반에 널리 알려져 있다. 영어와 그림을 이용한 카드반복 학습을 활용하는 예는 많다. 그러나 교재 표지에 원형카드를 인쇄하여 해당 교재를 마친 후 놀이 과정과 연계하여 복습을 하도록 한 예는 존재하지 않는다.    Learning with cards is well known in the general public.
