- 내부에 렌즈 형상이 패터닝된 패키지;상기 패키지 내부에 채워진 초임계 상태 유체;상기 초임계 상태 유체에 열을 가하는 열전 변환소자; 및상기 초임계 상태 유체의 부피 변화를 버퍼링하는 버퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 패키지는 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 초임계 상태 유체는 이산화탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 패키지 내에 형성된 패턴은 볼록 렌즈 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 패키지 내에 형성된 패턴은 오목 렌즈 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 패키지 내에 형성된 패턴은 비구면 렌즈 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 패키지 내에 형성된 패턴은 실린더 렌즈 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 렌즈.
- 내부에 렌즈 형상이 패터닝된 패키지;상기 패키지 내부에 채워진 초임계 상태 유체; 및상기 초임계 상태 유체에 열을 가하는 열전 변환소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 렌즈.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 패키지는 투명 플라스틱 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 렌즈.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 초임계 상태 유체는 이산화탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 렌즈.
