Claims (13)
- 서열번호 2로 기재되는 아미노산 서열을 가지며, 상기 아미노산 서열에서 N-말단 위치의 메티오닌(Met)에서 32번째 위치의 리신(Lys)까지 32개 아미노산 잔기로 이루어진 아미노산 서열은 시그날 서열이며, 107번째 위치의 알라닌(Ala)에서 381번째 위치의 글루타민(Glu)까지 275개 아미노산 잔기로 구성되는 아미노산 서열은 활성형 단백질의 아미노산 서열인 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 분해효소.
- 서열번호 3으로 기재되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성형 단백질 분해효소
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 단백질 분해효소를 코딩하는 유전자.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 서열번호 1로 기재되는 폴리뉴클레오타이드 염기서열에서 967번째 내지 2109번째에 해당하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드 염기서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자
- 제 3항의 유전자를 포함하는 발현벡터.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 발현벡터는 도 14에 개시된 개열지도를 갖는 pT7-BCAP임을 특징으로 하는 발현벡터
- 제 5항의 발현벡터가 도입된 형질전환체.
- 제 3항의 유전자를 포함하는 바실러스 게놈 삽입용 발현벡터.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 발현벡터는ⅰ) 서열번호 1로 기재되는 유전자가 클로닝된 공지의 플라스미드 pGEM-Teasy 및 도 17에 개시된 개열지도를 갖는 바실러스 게놈 삽입용 플라스미드 pHP59를 준비하는 단계;ⅱ) 상기 단계 ⅰ)의 플라스미드들을 EcoRⅠ으로 각각 처리하고, 전기영동한 다음, DNA 용출키트로 분리하는 단계; 및ⅲ) 상기 분리된 플라스미드들을 접합시키는 단계를 포함하는 제조공정에 의해 제조되는 pHPS-BCAP임을 특징으로 하는 발현벡터.
- 제 8항의 발현벡터가 도입된 형질전환체 JM109/pHPS-BCAP (수탁번호:KCTC 10772BP).
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 단백질 분해효소를 포함하는 의류용 또는 콘택트렌즈용 세제.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 단백질 분해효소를 이용하여 식품, 사료, 직물, 천연 가죽을 가공하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 단백질 분해효소를 이용하여 유기 폐기물을 분해하는 방법.
