Claims (5)
- 제1 레이저광을 방출하는 제1 광원;상기 제1 레이저광과 서로 다른 편광 모드를 갖는 제2 레이저광을 방출하는 제2 광원; 및상기 제1 레이저광과 상기 제2 레이저광을 결합시켜 두 개의 편광 모드가 서로 교차된 출력광을 발생시킴으로써 스펙클을 감소시키는 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 레이저광의 파장과 상기 제2 레이저광의 파장은 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 광모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 레이저광과 상기 제2 레이저광의 상기 편광 모드는 실질적으로 서로 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 광모듈.
- 실질적으로 서로 다른 편광 모드를 갖는 2개의 레이저광을 방출하는 단계; 및2개의 상기 레이저광들을 결합시켜 두 개의 편광 모드가 서로 교차된 출력광을 발생시켜 스펙클을 감소시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펙클 감 소 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,2개의 상기 레이저광의 파장은 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 스펙클 감소 방법.
