- 구동유체를 공급하기 위한 구동유체 공급수단;상기 구동유체 공급수단에 의해 공급되는 구동유체의 유량을 제어하기 위한 제 1 밸브수단(72);상기 제 1 밸브수단(72)과 연결되고, 환형의 입구를 갖는 구동유체부(32), 상기 구동유체부(32)의 중심영역에 형성되어 흡입유체가 유입되는 흡입유체부(30), 상기 구동유체부(32)와 흡입유체부(30)를 통해 유입된 유체가 혼합되는 혼합부(34) 및 상기 혼합부(34)의 일단과 일체로 형성된 2차목부(36)와 확산부로 구성되는 이젝터(100);상기 흡입유체부(30)에 연결되어 상기 흡입유체의 유량을 제어하는 제 2 밸브수단(90)으로 구성되고,상기 구동유체 공급수단은,대기중으로부터 공기를 흡입하여 압축하는 제 1 압축기(50);상기 제 1 압축기(50)와 연결된 메인 공기탱크(54);상기 메인 공기탱크(54)와 연결되어 토출압력을 일정하게 유지하도록 하는 설정챔버(70)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구동유체가 최소 압력부하를 갖는 초음속 이젝터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 구동유체 공급수단은,대기중으로부터 공기를 흡입하여 압축하는 제 2 압축기(60);상기 제 2 압축기(60)와 연결된 서비스 공기탱크(64);를 더 포함하여,상기 서비스 공기탱크(64)의 압력으로 상기 제 1 밸브수단(72)을 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동유체가 최소 압력부하를 갖는 초음속 이젝터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 메인 공기탱크(54)는 최고압력이 30 bar 인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동유체가 최소 압력부하를 갖는 초음속 이젝터.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 서비스 공기탱크(64)는 최고압력이 5 bar 인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동유체가 최소 압력부하를 갖는 초음속 이젝터.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 압축기(50)와 상기 제 2 압축기(60)는 각각 제 1 건조기(52)와 제 2 건조기(62)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동유체가 최소 압력부하를 갖는 초음속 이젝터.
- 환형의 입구를 갖는 구동유체부(32), 상기 구동유체부(32)의 중심영역에 형성되어 흡입유체가 유입되는 흡입유체부(30), 상기 구동유체부(32)와 흡입유체부(30)를 통해 유입된 유체가 혼합되는 혼합부(34) 및 상기 혼합부(34)의 일단과 일체로 형성된 2차목부(36)와 확산부로 구성되는 이젝터(100)의 구동방법에 있어서,상기 흡입유체부(30)를 폐쇄하는 단계(S10);상기 구동유체부(32)를 통해 구동유체를 분사하여 상기 흡입유체부(30) 영역에 소정의 음압을 형성하는 단계(S20);상기 흡입유체부(30)를 개방하여 흡입유체를 공급하는 단계(S30)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동유체가 최소 압력부하를 갖는 초음속 이젝터의 구동방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 흡입유체부(30)의 폐쇄단계(S10)는 상기 흡입유체부(30)에 연결된 제 2 밸브(90)를 폐쇄하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 흡입유체부(30)의 개방단계(S30)는 상기 제 2 밸브(90)를 개방하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동유체가 최소 압력부하를 갖는 초음속 이젝 터의 구동방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 음압 형성단계(S20)는 상기 흡입유체부(30) 영역에서 50 torr 미만의 음압이 형성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동유체가 최소 압력부하를 갖는 초음속 이젝터의 구동방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 음압 형성단계(S20)에서 상기 구동유체는 작동압력 이하로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동유체가 최소 압력부하를 갖는 초음속 이젝터의 구동방법.
