Claims (8)
- 주변변부를 가지고 유동연결기를 수용하도록 구성된 구멍을 가진 비가요성 박막,주변변부를 가진 가요성 박막을 가진 팽창탱크용 블래더에 있어서,원주방향의 씨임을 형성하기 위해 상기 비가요성 박막 및 가요성 박막의 주변변부들이 서로에 대해 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창탱크용 블래더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비가요성 박막 및 가요성 박막의 주변변부들이 서로에 대해 열에 의해 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창탱크용 블래더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 클렌치 링이 추가로 구성되고, 비가요성 박막의 주변변부가 원주방향의 요홈을 가지고, 가요성 박막의 주변변부가 원주방향의 리브를 가지며, 원주방향의 요홈들이 원주방향의 리브와 연결되고, 비가요성 박막 및 가요성 박막의 주변변부들이 상기 클렌치링에 의해 서로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창탱크용 블래더.
- 단부벽들과 마주보고 측벽을 가진 외부쉘,유동연결기 및 외부쉘내에 배열된 블래더를 포함하고, 상기 블래더가주변변부를 가진 비가요성 박막 및 주변변부를 가진 가요성 박막을 포함하 며, 상기 비가요성 박막이 유동연결기 및 가요성 박막사이에 배열되고 상기 외부쉘과 유동연결기중 한 개에 연결된 구멍을 가져서, 상기 유동연결기에 의해 탱크의 외측부와 블래더의 내측부사이에서 유체가 유동하고, 원주방향의 씨임을 형성하기 위하여 상기 비가요성 박막 및 가요성 박막의 주변변부들이 서로에 대해 밀봉되며, 상기 블래더 및 외부쉘사이에 형성된 공간과 블래더내부의 공간은 유체유동으로부터 격리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창탱크.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 유동연결기는제 1 및 제 2 단부들을 가진 니플을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 단부가 복수개의 탭들을 포함하며,상기 블래더에 니플을 고정하기 위한 고정위치 및 삽입위치사이에서 상기 탭들이 조정가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창탱크.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 유동연결기는 추가로상기 니플에 고정상태로 부착되고 블래더와 외부쉘사이에 배열된 제 1 유지링을 포함하고,상기 니플주위에 배열되고 블래더내에 배열된 제 2 유지링을 포함하며,상기 제 1 유지링 및 블래더사이에 배열된 제 1 O-링을 포함하고,제 2 유지링 및 블래더사이에 배열된 제 2 O-링을 포함하며,상기 블래더 및 외부쉘사이에 형성된 공간과 블래더의 내부공간사이에 유체 유동을 방지하는 밀봉체를 형성하기 위하여, 고정위치에서 탭은 제 1 유지링을 향해 제 2 유지링을 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창탱크.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 유동연결기는비회전식 유동안내요소에 의해 형성된 중심의 고압유입채널을 포함하고,유동안내요소주위에서 원주방향으로 배열된 적어도 한 개의 저압유출채널을 포함하며,중심의 고압유입채널로부터 블래더내부로 물이 유동하고 저압유출채널내부로 배열된 복수개의 유입구들을 가지는 캡을 포함하고, 상기 저압유출채널의 전체 단면적이 유입채널의 전체 단면적보다 작거나 동일하며,상기 가요성 박막이 상기 캡에 대해 배열될 때, 블래더는 빈 상태이고, 탱크가 물을 순환시키도록 구성되어, 탱크로 유입된 물의 제 1 부분을 따라 탱크내부로 유입된 물의 제 2 부분이 상기 탱크를 떠나기 전에 상기 제 1 부분이 탱크를 떠나는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창탱크.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 유입채널에 형성된 유입개구부의 평면은 유입채널에 형성된 유출개구부의 평면과 수직으로 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창탱크.
