Claims (10)
- 동일한 방사특성을 갖는 두개의 방사체가 급전점을 중심으로 양측에 배열되어 형성되며, 상기 동일한 방사 특성을 갖는 두개의 방사체 각각은 고주파 대역의 방사를 수행하는 제1방사부 및 저주파 대역의 방사를 수행하는 제2방사부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 보완적인 방사체 구조의 내장형 칩안테나.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방사체는 관통홀이 형성된 실린더 형상으로, 상기 관통홀에 비유전율이 높은 유전체가 내삽되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 보완적인 방사체 구조의 내장형 칩안테나.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2방사부는 제1방사부 및 제1방사부에서 연장된 연장 방사부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 보완적인 방사체 구조의 내장형 칩안테나.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 방사체는 관통홀이 형성된 실린더 형상으로, 상기 관통홀에 비유전율이 높은 유전체가 내삽되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 보완적인 방사체 구조의 내장형 칩안테나.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 연장 방사부와 제2방사부는 헬리컬 또는 미앤더 라인 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 보완적인 방사체 구조의 내장형 칩안테나.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 유전체의 비유전율은 7~13인 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 보완적인 방사체 구조의 내장형 칩안테나.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제1방사부의 전기적인 길이는 급전점에서부터 고주파 대역의 0.03~0.05기준파장(λh)인 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 보완적인 방사체 구조의 내장형 칩안테나.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제2방사부의 전기적인 길이는 급전점에서부터 저주파 대역의 0.4~0.6기 준파장(λl)인 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 보완적인 방사체 구조의 내장형 칩안테나.
- 제1공진주파수를 갖는 제1방사체와, 핸드 이펙트(hand effect)와 같은 외부 요인 발생에 의한 공진특성의 변화에 의해 상기 제1방사체와 같은 공진특성을 갖는 제2방사체가 급전점을 중심으로 양측에 배열되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 보완적인 방사체 구조의 내장형 칩안테나.
