이러한 높은 압력이 발생하는 살균방식에 맞추어, 도7과 같이 윗면과 측면을 PVC콤파운드로 도포하여 용기의 나선돌기부를 지탱하는 구조로 되어있는 병마개가 존재하나, 이러한 구조는 추가 공정이 요구되고 기술집약적이기 때문에 약간의 오차로 인한 불량이 자주 발생하고 용기의 입구를 지탱하는 부분은 PVC콤파운드의 힘으로만 지탱할 수 없어 레토르트 살균공정시 병마개가 이탈하는 문제점이 있다. 또한 용기의 입구를 감싸는 PVC콤파운드 모양이 미묘하고 쉽게 손상되기 때문에 개봉한 제품의 재밀봉 기능이 떨어져 반영구적으로 사용할 수 없는 문제점도 포함하고 있다.
