Claims (6)
- 서로 다른 두 극판 및 이들 두 극판 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터가 적층되어 권취된 전극조립체; 상기 전극조립체가 수용되는 캔; 및 상기 캔의 개방된 상부와 결합되는 캡조립체를 포함하는 원통형 이차전지에 있어서,상기 전극조립체의 어느 한 극판에 전극탭이 결합되되,상기 전극탭은 권취된 상기 한 극판의 바깥면에 결합되고,상기 전극탭은 상기 극판에 부착되는 면과 반대측 면의 양쪽 모서리가 상기 전극탭과 상기 캔 사이에서 모서리부에 의하여 간섭되지 않을 정도의 곡률을 갖도록 라운드지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 이차전지.

- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 전극탭과 상기 캔의 내벽 사이에는 세퍼레이터만 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극탭과 상기 캔의 내벽 사이에는 활물질층이 비코팅된 부분의 금속박판과 세퍼레이터만이 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 이차전지.
