A burner ignition apparatus of an industrial gas range is provided to safely and smoothly ignite the industrial gas range so as to improve safety and maximize ignition efficiency. A burner ignition apparatus of an industrial gas range includes a plurality of main burners(110), a gas supply pipe(120), an ignition burner, and a piezoelectric device. The gas supply pipe connects the main burners to distribution pipes(121) having respective valves(122). The ignition burner connects the gas supply pipe to distribution pipes and is installed adjacent to the main burners to ignite the main burners. The piezoelectric device installs an ignition electrode at a gas discharge port of the ignition burner to ignite the ignition burner.
