Claims (7)
- 자외선 조사장치에 있어서, 좌우측 지지판에 상하로 경사진 구멍이 있고, 한 쪽 지지판에 실린더와 피스톤이 설치되고, 상기 피스톤의 끝에 이동블럭이 설치되고, 상기 이동블럭에 아암이 설치되어, 상기 아암이 상기 상하로 경사진 구멍을 관통한 연결핀에 의하여 셔터와 연결된 자외선 조사장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더가 에어실린더인 자외선 조사장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더가 유압실린더인 자외선 조사장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지판과 상기 실린더 사이에 단열판을 더 구비한 자외선 조사장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 좌우측 지지판의 상하로 경사진 구멍이 (八)자형구멍이고, 셔터가 한 쌍으로 된 자외선 조사장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 좌우측 지지판의 상하로 경사진 구멍이 (\)자형구멍이고, 셔터가 한 짝으로 된 자외선 조사장치
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연결핀에 부쉬가 끼워진 자외선 조사장치
