Claims (4)
- C60 분자들을 가진 원자간력 현미경 다중 벽 탄소 나노튜브를 제공하는 단계;다양한 기판의 표면에서 소정 거리만큼 위에 상기 탄소 나노튜브 팁을 위치시키는 단계;상기 탄소나노튜브 팁에 소정의 전계를 일정 시간 동안 가하는 단계;상기 탄소나노튜브팁을 이동시키면, 상기 탄소나노튜브 팁의 내부에 메탈로플러렌이 들어 있을 때, 메탈로플러렌이 상기 탄소나노튜브 팁밖으로 흘러나와서 상기 기판표면에 증착되는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노피펫을 이용한 양자점 배열방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄소 나노튜브는 메탈로풀러렌 분자들을 가진 원자간력 현미경 다중별 탄소 나노튜브인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노피펫을 이용한 양자점 배열방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,기판 표면과 탄소 나노튜브 팁 간의 거리는 18Å에서 8Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노피펫을 이용한 양자점 배열방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 외부 전계가 0.1 V/Å 이 50 ps 동안 가해지면, 상기 이중 벽 탄소 나노튜브 팁이 1 Å/ps의 속도로 50 Å을 움직이고,상기 이중벽 탄소나노튜브팁으로부터 빠져나가는 메탈로플러렌들은 상기 탄소 나노튜브 팁이 움직이는 방향에 따라 상기 기판위에 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노피펫을 이용한 양자점 배열방법.
