- RGB 레진이 배열된 컬러 필터층 및 상기 RGB 레진 사이에 마련된 블랙 매트릭스를 구비한 상부 기판과, 상기 상부 기판에 이격 대향하며, 이중 셀 갭을 형성하는 투과부와 반사부가 마련된 하부 기판 및 상기 상부 기판과 상기 하부 기판 사이에 개재된 액정층을 포함하는 반투과형 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 투과부와 상기 반사부의 경계를 이루는 부분의 상기 컬러 필터층 일측에는 서브 블랙 매트릭스가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 서브 블랙 매트릭스는 엠보싱 및 링클 형상 중 어느 한 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 서브 블랙 매트릭스 상에는 Mo 및 Cr 중 어느 한 금속이 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반사부에는 레진층 및 상기 레진층 상에 반사판이 마련되며, 상기 레진층의 표면에는 엠보싱이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블랙 매트릭스의 표면에는 엠보싱 및 링클 형상 중 어느 한 형상이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
