Claims (1)
- AC3온도(816~836℃) 이상의 높은 온도인 940~970℃의 온도까지 시간당 50℃의 속도로 가열하여 유지하는 단계와;이 단계 이후 상기 940~970℃온도에서 소재의 두께 25mm당 1시간 유지하는 단계와;이 단계 이후 유지된 조직을 공냉에 의해 온도가 내려가서 800~850℃ 사이일때 냉각속도를 10~20℃/min으로 유지하는 단계와;이 단계 이후 품질열처리를 수행하여 소재의 결정립을 미세화하도록 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 12Cr계열 고크롬 마르텐사이트계 블레이드 소재의 결정립 미세화 열처리방법.
