1 is an exemplary view showing step by step the manufacturing method of the present invention.

Explanation of codes for main parts of drawing

1: large plate 2: synthetic resin layer

3: printing side 6: printed matter

The present invention forms a synthetic resin layer on the surface of the building materials (including flooring) for building, by mixing the grain material and polyacrylic acid on the surface of the building material and coating the absorbent composition dissolved in methyl chloride to form a printed surface and calligraphy pattern with a sublimable transfer ink After printing the computer, put it in the treatment room at 60 ~ 120 ℃ and let it stand for a certain time so that the printed matter penetrates inward from the surface of the synthetic resin layer, pull it out, stabilize it at 25 ~ 30 ℃, and wash the printed surface with water to remove It relates to a printing method of a calligraphy pattern characterized in that.

The conventional printing method of calligraphy prints is difficult because the printing process is made by heating the surface of the synthetic resin layer and printing and fixing the calligraphy with a sublimable transfer ink. Printing cannot be printed and nozzles need to be cleaned from time to time, resulting in poor printing efficiency.

The present invention was developed to improve the conventional inconvenience as described above to form a synthetic resin layer (for example, PVC layer) on the surface of the sublimation transfer by forming a printing surface of the absorbent composition that can include the printed material on the surface After printing the calligraphy pattern with ink, put it in the processing room maintaining 60 ~ 120 ℃ and let it stand for 20 ~ 180 minutes to allow the printed matter to penetrate into the synthetic resin layer to a certain depth, and then take it out and stabilize it at 25 ~ 30 ℃. By removing water washing, the calligraphy pattern penetrates into the synthetic resin layer to obtain a stable product, which will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

According to the present invention, the base plate 1 is made of a material selected from metal, glass, wood, and stone plastic, and a synthetic resin layer (transparent) is formed on the surface thereof so that the grain material and polyacrylic acid are 2: 1 on the surface of the synthetic resin layer. The absorbent composition, which was mixed at a weight ratio of 20 and dissolved in 20 times of methyl chloride, was applied to a thickness of about 20 microns to make a printing surface (3), and the printed matter was printed by sublimation transfer ink on a printing surface (6) And then put it in the treatment chamber at 60-120 ° C. and hold it for 20 to 180 minutes to allow the printed matter 6 to penetrate into the depth of 0.2-1.5 mm from the surface of the synthetic resin layer 2 and then withdraw it from the treatment chamber at 25 degrees Celsius. It is a printing method produced by the step of stabilizing at ~ 30 ℃ and washing the printed surface to remove.

To this end, the base plate 1 of the present invention can be produced by selecting a variety of materials, such as metal, glass, pottery, wood, stone, plastic, the synthetic resin layer (2) formed on the surface of the base plate (1) As a transparent synthetic resin layer, a synthetic resin layer 2 is formed by applying a synthetic resin selected from PVC, acrylic, polyurethane, epoxy polyester, and polyethylene, or by bonding a film in the form of a film. Silver grains and polyacrylic acid were mixed at a weight ratio of 2: 1 and dissolved in 20 times of methyl chloride to form an absorbent composition, which was applied to a thickness of 20 microns to form a printed surface. As the computer prints the pattern, the moisture contained in the sublimable transfer ink is absorbed by the absorbent composition on the printing surface, thereby printing, thereby providing clear printing. It is then placed in a processing chamber maintaining the temperature selected at 60 ~ 120 ℃ and kept in the stationary state for a selected time in the range of 20 to 180 minutes it is possible to penetrate the printed material (6) to a depth of 0.2 ~ 1.5mm.

Thus, after the printed matter 6 has penetrated to a certain depth, the substrate 1 is taken out, stabilized at 25 to 30 ° C., and the surface is washed with water to remove the printed surface.

According to the present invention, the printing surface 3 of the absorbent composition is formed on the surface of the synthetic resin layer 2, and when the calligraphic pattern is printed on the surface by the sublimable transfer ink (Fig. 1B), the calligraphic pattern printing is performed. As the moisture contained in the ink is printed by absorbing the polymer absorbent on the printing surface, clear printing is achieved without spreading. When the printed calligraphy or pattern enters the processing room at 60 to 120 ℃, the tolerance of the printing surface is relaxed by the heat of the processing chamber. When the printed matter penetrates to a certain depth because the printed matter moves down from the printing surface and is transferred to the resin layer and penetrates into the inside of the resin layer (Fig. 1D) (the penetrant is mixed in the sublimable transfer ink). If the extraction depth is adjusted and stabilized at 25 ~ 30 ℃, the surface of the synthetic resin layer cools and shrinks and returns to the original film. It is stable and has penetrated into the inner surface, which makes it possible to print the calligraphy pattern which is fixed by the calligraphy pattern. This has the effect of obtaining a clearly printed product.

Therefore, precise printing, such as live-print printing, is made on the surface, so that various patterns such as various paintings and photographs can be clearly expressed, which enhances the aesthetics of the product and enables mass production to be applied to the production of various industrial products including building interior materials. You can get the effect.
