Abstract
The present invention relates to a cleaning structure of a dust filter 18 for a vacuum cleaner. The dust filter cleaning structure according to the present invention includes a motor housing (30) for guiding air flow paths with a built-in motor generating suction force, and a discharge tube (24) for discharging air separated from fine dust by a dust filter. And an auxiliary pipe 26 extending from one side of the discharge pipe to the duct part 31 of the motor housing, and a valve 20 for changing an air flow path at the connection portion between the discharge pipe and the auxiliary pipe. When a lot of fine dust is accumulated on the surface of the dust filter 18 and the amount of air sucked is small compared to the suction power of the motor, the flow path of the discharge pipe 24 to the valve 20 to prevent the overload phenomenon occurs in the motor. Is partially blocked, and blows back the air to the dust filter through the discharge pipe from the auxiliary pipe 26 to shake off the fine dust accumulated on the surface of the dust filter. After cleaning the dust filter 18 by temporarily changing the flow path of the air, the auxiliary pipe 26 is closed by using a valve and the dust filter 18 is provided to smoothly discharge the air through the discharge pipe 24. The cleaning effect can be maximized.

The present invention relates to a cleaning structure of a dust filter for a vacuum cleaner, and more particularly, when cleaning a lot of fine dust, the fine dust is accumulated on the outer wall of the dust filter even when a small amount of foreign substances are introduced compared to the capacity of the dust container. In order to prevent this from falling, it relates to a cleaning structure of a dust filter configured to smooth out the fine dust from the dust filter to flow the air.
In general, when cleaning is performed using a vacuum cleaner, air containing dust or foreign matter introduced into the main body through the suction unit is introduced into the dust container through the suction tube. Air flowing into the motor housing from the dust container through the discharge tube is in a state in which fine dust is filtered by a dust filter built in the dust container. Air introduced by the suction force of the motor built into the motor housing is discharged to the outside of the main body through the discharge unit. As the above-described process is repeated, fine dust is accumulated on the surface of the dust filter, and the air flowing into the motor housing from the discharge part through the dust filter is reduced due to the fine dust. As a result, an overload phenomenon of the motor is generated, such as an increase in the temperature of the motor generating the suction force. This overload phenomenon of the motor acts as a cause of failure of the motor. That is, the inflow of air is reduced rather than the air discharged from the motor housing, and the pressure inside thereof is lowered, resulting in overheating by the rotation of the motor. In order to solve this phenomenon, the damper is fastened to one side of the inlet of the motor housing. External air flows into the motor housing through the open damper to maintain the internal pressure normally. Then, as the damper is opened, the user is notified of the cleaning time of the dust filter through the display unit.
According to the conventional vacuum cleaner as described above, a large mass of foreign matter falls to the bottom surface of the dust container by its own weight, but the fine dust flows inside the dust container together with the air and is separated from the air discharged by the dust filter, It builds up on the outer wall of the filter. In other words, when cleaning a lot of fine dust, the fine dust introduced into the dust container flows into the dust container together with the air and gradually blocks the surface of the dust filter so that the suction power of the motor is not properly transmitted. In this case, while the damper is opened to maintain the internal pressure of the motor housing normally, the user is notified of the cleaning time of the dust filter through the display unit. That is, even if not collected by the amount of foreign matter acceptable to the dust container, if a lot of fine dust accumulated on the surface of the dust filter, the suction force is reduced, the troublesome to clean the dust filter is pointed out.
The present invention is to solve the problems described above, the main object of the present invention is to provide a structure capable of removing the fine dust collected on the surface of the dust filter mounted on the dust container of the vacuum cleaner.
Such an object of the present invention can be achieved by backflowing air introduced through a damper and discharged through a duct of a motor housing into a dust filter through an auxiliary pipe, and the present invention focuses on this point. .
The cleaning structure of the dust filter for a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention for the above object is, the motor housing for generating a suction force is guided by the motor housing for guiding the flow path of the air, the fine dust and the air discharged by the dust filter discharged It comprises a pipe, an auxiliary pipe extending from one side of the discharge pipe to the duct portion of the motor housing, and a valve for changing the flow path of air at the connection portion of the discharge pipe and the auxiliary pipe. In addition, a damper may be provided at one side of the motor housing, and a rotary plate may be further configured to close the inlet of the duct so that air introduced through the damper is completely introduced into the dust container through the auxiliary pipe.
According to the cleaning structure of the dust filter having such a configuration, by operating the valve for changing the flow path through the auxiliary pipe connected to one side of the discharge pipe to block the air flowing into the motor housing through the discharge pipe, and is introduced through the damper The air can be induced to flow back to the dust filter through the discharge pipe through the auxiliary pipe in the duct portion of the motor housing, it is possible to remove the fine dust from the surface of the dust filter efficiently by a simple method. In addition, since the amount of air introduced through the damper is limited, it is possible to maximize the cleaning of the dust filter by forming a rotating plate between the duct portion and the discharge portion to prevent the air from escaping through the discharge portion.
1 is a partial perspective view for showing a cleaning structure of a dust filter for a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention. As shown, the cleaning structure of the
Next, the cleaning structure of the dust filter for a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
As shown, the cleaning structure of the
In addition, the
The operation process of the vacuum cleaner 1 having the configuration as described above is not different from the vacuum cleaner generally used.
First, referring to the operation process of the
In the air containing the foreign matter flowing into the
While repeating the above process, the cleaning by the vacuum cleaner 1 proceeds. In this process, foreign matter, fine dust, etc. are collected inside the
However, in the case where the vacuum cleaner 1 having the above-described function is used in a place where a lot of fine dust, such as dust caused by ultra-oak generated in the billiard room, is used, even though the foreign matter does not collect much in the
Since the amount of air introduced into the
The rotating
In addition, by forming an elastic body on one side of the
In the dust filter cleaning structure of the present invention, the air is exhausted from the dust filter through the discharge pipe to partially flow back the flow of air so that the air flows into the dust filter using the auxiliary pipe, thereby removing the dust filter from the dust container. It is possible to remove the fine dust on the surface without separating, it is possible to maximize the cleaning efficiency of the practical dust filter. In addition, air is introduced into the motor housing through the damper to shake off the dust filter through the auxiliary pipe, so that the intake air and the discharge air are balanced inside the motor housing, thereby preventing the overload phenomenon of the motor.
As described above, the cleaning structure of the dust filter for a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention includes a duct portion and an auxiliary pipe extending on one side of a discharge pipe for guiding the air discharged from the dust container and introduced into the motor housing. The basic technical idea is to install a valve that controls the flow of air at the connection between the pipe and the auxiliary pipe. Within the scope of the basic technical idea of the present invention, of course, many other modifications are possible to those skilled in the art.
The cleaning structure of the dust filter for a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention configured as described above, after changing only the flow path temporarily by using a valve during the operation of the vacuum cleaner, shakes off the fine dust from the surface of the dust filter, It can be seen that the cleaning can be continued to return and maximize the suction effect without separately cleaning the dust filter. In addition, the cleaning structure of the dust filter according to the present invention, the amount of air sucked by the clogging of the dust filter is reduced to prevent the overload phenomenon of the motor caused by the change in the internal pressure of the motor housing to reduce the life of the vacuum cleaner You will be able to extend it.
