- 기판에 부착되어 소자의 구성 요소를 밀폐시키는, 유기 전계 발광 소자용 캡에 있어서,상기 캡의 내부 표면에 블랙 매트릭스 재료층이 형성되되,상기 블랙 매트릭스 재료층은 실란트 분배 영역을 제외한, 상기 캡의 내부 표면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 캡.
- 기판에 부착되어 소자의 구성 요소를 밀폐시키는, 유기 전계 발광 소자용 캡에 있어서,상기 캡의 내부 표면에 블랙 매트릭스 재료층이 형성되되,상기 블랙 매트릭스 재료층은 실란트 분배 영역 및 게터 부착 영역을 제외한, 상기 캡의 내부 표면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 캡.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기 전계 발광 소자용 캡은상기 블랙 매트릭스 재료층에 부착된 게터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 캡.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 블랙 매트릭스 재료층은 절연 물질, 유기물, 무기물, 고분자 물질 중 적어도 어느 하나의 물질과 블랙 물질이 혼합된 혼합물로 이루어진 유기 전계 발광 소자용 캡.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 블랙 물질은 블랙 카본(black carbon) 또는 크롬 옥사이드(CrOx)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 캡.
