Claims (4)
- 여러 개의 모드의 빛을 발진하는 페브리 페롯 레이저 다이오드;상기 여러 개의 모드의 빛 중 자신과 일치하는 특정 모드의 빛 만을 통과시키는 페브리 페롯 구조를 가지는 파장 가변 빗살 필터; 및빛의 일부는 반사시키고 다른 일부는 투과시키는 일부 반사 미러를 포함하며,상기 페브리 페롯 레이저 다이오드는 상기 파장 가변 빗살 필터에 인접하는 단면에 반사 방지막을 포함하고, 상기 파장 가변 빗살 필터를 통과한 빛은 상기 일부 반사 미러에 일부 반사되고, 상기 반사된 빛은 상기 파장 가변 빗살 필터를 통과하여 상기 레이저 다이오드에 궤환(feedback)되고, 상기 궤환된 빛은 상기 파장 가변 빗살 필터를 다시 통과하여 상기 일부 반사 미러로 출력 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파장 가변 광원.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 특정 모드는, 상기 페브리 페롯 레이저 다이오드의 온도 또는 인가 전류에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파장 가변 광원.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 특정 모드는, 상기 파장 가변 빗살 필터의 온도에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파장 가변 광원.
