The present invention relates to a mobile communication terminal, and more particularly, to a mobile communication terminal having a light amount control function of the camera flash and a method thereof.
A mobile communication terminal equipped with a camera is very convenient because it is easy to take a picture and a video, and can transmit an e-mail or a message, for example, a multimedia message.
In the dark indoor or night photographing where the amount of natural light is insufficient by using the mobile communication terminal, a predetermined flash is used to supplement or adjust the amount of natural light, thereby always obtaining a constant brightness and light quality.
As described above, the flash of the camera operates using the battery voltage of the mobile communication terminal. At this time, the amount of light of the camera flash is output regardless of whether the amount of battery voltage is large or small.
Therefore, when the camera flash is used when the remaining amount of battery voltage is small, the battery is consumed due to the voltage consumption for outputting the reference light amount, thereby causing the battery to discharge.
For this reason, there is a problem in that the voltage of the battery is unnecessarily consumed to reduce the life of the battery.
An object of the present invention for solving the problems of the prior art, to provide a mobile communication terminal and a method having a light amount control function of the camera flash to control the amount of light by controlling the drive voltage of the flash to correspond to the remaining amount of the battery voltage Its purpose is to.

At this time, the flash control unit is characterized in that the flash drive voltage is set to be proportional to the remaining amount of the battery voltage.
The flash controller may block driving of the flash when the remaining amount of the battery voltage is less than or equal to a predetermined value.
In addition, the method for adjusting the amount of light of the camera flash of the mobile communication terminal of the present invention comprises the steps of preset flash drive voltage to correspond to the remaining amount of the battery voltage; When the flash is ON, the method may include checking a remaining amount of the battery voltage.
In this case, the flash driving voltage is preferably set to be proportional to the remaining amount of the battery voltage.
In addition, when the remaining amount of the battery voltage is less than a predetermined value characterized in that the driving of the flash is cut off.
