Claims (18)
- 에틸렌, 에탄 및 C3+ 로 이루어진 공급 스트림을 에틸렌 스트림, 에탄 스트림 및 C3+ 스트림으로 분리시키는 통합된 탈에탄흡수기와 에틸렌 분류관으로서,각 부분이 다중 증기-액체 접촉 요소로 이루어진, 환류되는 상층부 및 하층부를 수용하는 한개의 쉘;하층부를 탈에탄흡수기 부분과 에틸렌 탈거부분으로 분할하는 일반적으로 수직인 벽;본질적으로 에틸렌 및 에탄으로 구성된 탈에탄흡수기로부터의 오버헤드 증기 스트림과 본질적으로 C3 및 보다 중질의 성분들로 구성된 바닥 스트림의 생성을 위해, 공급단계 위의 복수의 흡수단계와 공급단계 밑의 복수의 탈거단계 사이에서, 관 하층부의 탈에탄흡수기 부분의 1 이상의 공급단계에 1 이상의 공급 스트림을 공급하는 공급라인; 및탈에탄흡수기와 에틸렌 탈거부분으로부터 관 상층부로의 증기 유동을 용이하게 해주고, 또한 관 상층부로부터 탈에탄흡수기 부분의 윗단계와 에틸렌 탈거부분으로의 이동을 위해 액체를 분할하는, 관 상층부의 하단에 위치한 배기팬을 포함하는 통합된 탈에탄흡수기와 에틸렌 분류관.

- 에틸렌,에탄 및 C3+로 구성된 공급 스트림을 에틸렌 스트림, 에탄 스트림 및 C3+ 스트림으로 분리시키기 위한 방법으로서,제 1 항에 있어서의 통합관 하층부의 탈에탄흡수기 부분의 1 이상의 공급단계에 공급 스트림을 제공하는 단계;오버헤드 증기를 탈에탄흡수기와 에틸렌 탈거부분으로부터 배기팬을 통해 관의 상층부까지 통과시키는 단계;관의 상층부를 에틸렌으로 환류시켜 관의 상층부로부터 본질적으로 순수한 에틸렌 오버헤드를 회수하는 단계;액체를 배기팬으로부터 탈에탄흡수기 부분의 윗단계와 에틸렌 탈거부분의 윗단계로 통과시키는 단계;탈에탄흡수기 부분을 재가열하여 그로부터 본질적으로 에탄과 에틸렌이 없는 C3+ 바닥 생성물 스트림을 회수하는 단계; 및에틸렌 탈거부분을 재가열하여 그로부터 본질적으로 에틸렌과 C3+ 가 없는 에탄 바닥 생성물 스트림을 회수하는 단계들을 포함하는 방법.
