Abstract
The present invention relates to a sluice.
In the conventional water gate, there was a water gate that was opened and closed simply by water pressure, but no water gate was completely opened.
In order to solve this drawback, the sluice of the present invention is composed of a hydraulic or pneumatic piston on the side of the sluice, so that the sluice can be opened 100% in the form of a full line.
If it is necessary to operate the gate, it can be opened and closed by using a mobile generator or electric power, and in the worst case, the gate can be opened by artificial adjustment.
In the case of rubber dams or mechanical hydrological gates, the inflow of water is discharged to the upper end of the hydrologic gate. Therefore, since the river basin is always rotting, the photosynthesis is more active due to the algae or the red tide, so the stored water is more and more decaying.
The water gate of the present invention is a method of selling inflow water to the lower part, so that water quality is rather improved because photosynthetic effects such as green algae and red tide do not occur.
In addition, by the role of the emergency rescue strap configured at the lower part of the gate, it is an opening and closing device of the gate that allows people to escape by holding the emergency rescue strap when it enters the lower part of the gate.

The present invention relates to an automatic sluice, and more particularly, by installing a pressure plate at the bottom of the discharge portion of the submersible hydrology of the river to store the water for agricultural or industrial use, the water level is increased to discharge the water to the discharge portion of the hydrology. The hydraulic plate is pressurized by the hydraulic pressure is configured to automatically open the gate, the water gate is automatically opened and closed by the amount of water discharged from the gate to the automatic switchgear of the gate to automatically adjust the water level.
In general, a hydrological gate is installed in a reservoir trough, an underwater stream of a river, or a channel of a farmland to prevent the flooding of water. In most cases, the above hydrological gate is a lifting control for elevating the hydrologic gate up and down. The handle is installed to rotate the lift control handle to open and close the gate.
However, since the water gate is opened and closed by manpower, a large force is required at the time of opening and closing, and if the water gate is not opened and closed at an appropriate time, problems such as flooding of the water or draining water of an appropriate low amount are required. It is.
On the other hand, in order to solve the various problems caused by opening and closing the water gate by manpower as described above, the water gate that is automatically opened and closed according to the water level has been provided in recent years, the representative of which is Korea Patent Registration No. 41441 (Notification No. 91-782) "automatic opening and closing device of water gate using water pressure".
The automatic opening and closing device of a water gate using the conventional water pressure, the upper and lower sides of the plate-shaped water body main body is rotatably installed on the side wall by the rotation shaft, the center of action of the hydraulic pressure is located below the rotation shaft If the water main body is erected and closed, and the water level rises and the center of action of the water pressure becomes the upper part of the rotation shaft, the water main body is conducted to the drain side by the water pressure and the water body is opened. By repeating the operation, the water level is kept within a certain range.
However, in the above-mentioned conventional hydrological gate, the drainage is performed to the upper part of the main body which is mainly conducted in the open state, so that the water located at the lower side of the reservoir is not smoothly drained and thus prevents red tide or green algae. Could not expect.
When the water in the lower part of the reservoir is stored without being drained, red tide or green algae occurs due to the accumulation of foreign substances such as various heavy metals in the water by the specific gravity.
In addition, in the conventional water gate, the lower part of the main body of the water body than the rotation shaft rotates to the water storage side during the opening operation. Therefore, when the soil body or gravel is accumulated on the bottom of the water storage side adjacent to the main body of the water body, it is impossible to rotate the water body. In addition, there is a problem of losing its function, and since the drainage is made to the upper part of the sluice body in the open state, a phenomenon in which a stone or a tree collides with the sluice body and is frequently damaged during flooding is particularly occurring. will be.
The present invention has been made to solve the conventional problems as described above, when the water level is discharged to the discharge portion of the submersible hydrologic gate of the present invention installed in the river or river due to the flood water level is increased automatically by the water pressure of the water When the water gate is opened and closed, the drainage of the stored water from the lower side of the submersible beam is smoothly opened, and even if soil or gravel accumulates on the bottom of the water side close to the main body, the opening and closing operation is smoothly performed. It is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic opening and closing device of a hydrological gate that can be quickly and prevents a phenomenon in which a stone or a tree collides with a hydrologic body in the event of a flood, thereby preventing the hydrological body from being damaged.

The automatic opening and closing device of the hydrological gate of the present invention is a reinforced concrete structure of a reinforced concrete structure that is constructed at predetermined intervals in an underwater beam or in a reservoir of a reservoir, or in an agricultural channel of farmland using a dam or river water. In the water gate installed on the wall, each wall has a cylinder installed to open and close the water body, a hydraulic plate which is pivotally coupled to the bottom of the water outlet by a hinge, and a pressure piston at the bottom of the hydraulic plate. Each of them is buried and the pressure transfer pipe is embedded in the channel so that the pressure transfer pipe is connected to the cylinder, and the hydraulic plate is rotated by the hydraulic pressure of the water discharged through the discharge portion of the channel to pressurize the pressure piston so that the force is transferred to the cylinder through the pressure transfer tube. As it is delivered to the rod to raise the load, the main body is opened and closed to make the drainage It shall be.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a water gate showing the configuration of the present invention.
The square plate-shaped hydrologic main body 3 provided between the
At this time, the cylinder (4), (4a) and the pressure piston (6), (6a) can be operated by hydraulic or pneumatic depending on the fluid filled in the pressure transfer pipe (7).
Operation of automatically adjusting the water level by the present invention as described above is as follows.
When the water level is a low water level, the water storage process is maintained by maintaining the closed state by the weight of the low water weight retaining weight configured in the hydrological main body 3.
Subsequently, when the water storage process continues and the water level approaches the height of the
Here, the opening degree of the hydrologic main body 3 is proportional to the water level on the reservoir side, so when the water level on the reservoir side is high, such as during flooding, the amount of water discharged increases, and the water pressure discharged becomes stronger.
The water discharged through the water main body 3 presses the hydraulic plate 5 installed at the discharge portion of the water channel WR, and the pressurized hydraulic plate 5 rotates in the water flow direction to pressurize the piston 6,
That is, the opening width of the hydrologic main body 3 becomes large, and the drainage cross-sectional area formed between the reservoir side surface of the hydrologic main body 3 and the bottom of the water channel WR is maximized, thereby achieving rapid drainage. In addition, the stone or wood during drainage is to pass through the bottom of the hydrological body (3) reduces the phenomenon that the hydrological body (3) is damaged.
In addition, since the sluice main body 3 is rotated to the upper part of the drainage side, the sluice or gravel accumulates at the bottom of the water reservoir WR adjacent to the sluice main body 3, so that the sluice body 3 is opened. No disturbances occur.
And since the opening and closing operation as described above is automatically repeated according to the water level, the water level on the reservoir side by this operation can always be maintained within a certain range.
The present invention as described above is to increase the water level of the submarine or reservoir installed in rivers or rivers when the water is discharged to the discharge portion of the water gate automatically improves the opening and closing operation of the water gate by the water pressure of the water automatically improves the opening efficiency of the body By doubling the amount of drainage, it is possible to prevent flood damage, red tide and green algae.
In addition, the present invention because the lower part of the hydrologic body rotates to the upper part of the drainage side during the opening operation, even if the soil or gravel is accumulated on the bottom of the reservoir side close to the hydrologic body is opened smoothly.
In addition, the present invention is to be drained to the lower part of the hydrologic main body to maximize the drainage cross-sectional area to achieve a rapid drainage, and in particular, there is no fear that the hydrologic main body is damaged due to the collision of stones or trees in the hydrologic main body during drainage.
