Claims (11)
- 복수의 광전 변환 소자가 적층된 광전 변환 유닛;복수의 상기 광전 변환 유닛이 병렬로 배치된 태양 전지 모듈;상기 광전 변환 소자 및 광전 변환 유닛 사이에 배치된 광도파로를 포함하며,상기 광도파로의 양 말단 중 적어도 하나가 입사광에 노출된 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광도파로가, 적층된 광전 변환 소자 사이의 소정의 분리된 영역에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광도파로가, 병렬로 배치된 광전 변환 유닛 사이의 소정의 분리된 영역에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 광도파로가, 광전 변환 소자의 광입사면에 수직하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광도파로의 단면이 원형 또는 사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광도파로가 말단으로부터의 거리에 따라 그 외부로 투과되는 빛의 양을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 투과되는 빛의 양이 말단으로부터의 거리에 따라 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광도파로가 광섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유가 말단으로부터의 거리가 멀어짐에 따라 임계각이 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 태양 전지의 표면에 파장 변환층을 더 구비하는 것 을 특징으로 하는 태양전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 태양 전지 표면에 적외선 또는 자외선 필터를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지
