또한, 상기 회전축(104) 내부의 중앙에 관통형성되는 오일유로(104a) 및 그에 관통되는 토출홀(104b)을 통하여 오일이 유동함으로써 상기 상부 및 하부 베어링(6A, 6B)등의 내부부품의 윤활작용을 수행하게 된다.
Claims (6)
- 밀폐용기의 내부에 장착된 고정자와, 상기 고정자의 내부에 회전 가능하도록 장착된 회전자로 이루어져 회전력을 발생시키는 전동기구부와,상기 회전자에 고정되어 연동하고 일측에 편심부가 형성된 회전축과,상기 회전축을 내부에 수용하여 압축공간을 형성하는 실린더로 이루어진 압축기구부가 구비되어 구성된 회전식 압축기에 있어서,상기 회전축은 그 중심부를 관통하여 형성되는 오일유로와, 상기 오일유로에서 외주면으로 관통되어 오일이 비산되는 토출홀을 구비하며,자속이 통과하는 상기 회전자의 단면적을 증가시킬 수 있도록 상기 회전자의 일측 단면에 소정의 깊이로 함몰된 삽입홈을 형성하고 상기 회전축을 상기 삽입홈 형성부위까지 삽입하여 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 압축기의 회전자 구조.
