Description
The present invention relates to a cushion gum rubber composition for thermal vulcanization of recycled tires for trucks / buses, and more particularly, to vulcanize new tread rubbers unvulcanized to tread-worn tires (Case) by vulcanization during the production of regenerated tires. The present invention relates to a cushion gum rubber composition for thermal vulcanization.
The regenerated tire is a vulcanized contact of a new tread rubber to a tread worn tire, and there are two regeneration methods, hot cure and cold cure. Double thermal vulcanization is a method of attaching new, unvulcanized tread rubber to worn tires (cases) and manufacturing them in a patterned mold mold under high temperature vulcanization conditions of about 130 ° C. The new tread rubber is vulcanized in shape and manufactured under low temperature vulcanization conditions of 120 ° C or lower. Therefore, thermal vulcanization uses steam or electric vulcanizers that can impart a high temperature to vulcanize unvulcanized tread rubber, while cold vulcanization uses worn tires and vulcanizates because the tread rubber is already vulcanized. Since only adhesion to the prepared tread is required, a chamber-type vulcanizer is used that can be vulcanized for a long time at low temperature.
As such, the cold vulcanizing cushion should be configured for the low temperature vulcanization condition, but the heat vulcanization is co-cured with the new tread rubber in the unvulcanized state at high temperature, and thus, the setting of the vulcanizer suitable for the high temperature condition is necessary. . In addition, not only does it secure adhesion to the # 4 belt of the case where the tread is buffed for regeneration, but the position of the cushion gum is the same as that of the new tire under the tread. The use of pressure sensitive adhesives is essential.
Accordingly, the present invention is to provide a certain amount of carbon black having a specific crystal properties (Colloidal Properties) on the natural rubber polymer substrate in order to secure the adhesive performance between the case and the tread in the cushion gum rubber composition for regenerated tire thermal vulcanization, pressure-sensitive adhesive for improving adhesion It is an object to provide a rubber composition using a sulfenamide-based accelerator suitable for high temperature vulcanization conditions, because a compound having a tackifier and a vulcanization system necessary for high temperature vulcanization conditions is formed. .
Cushion gum rubber composition for thermal vulcanization of the recycled tire for truck buses of the present invention for achieving the above object is 100 parts by weight of the raw rubber made of natural rubber, the specific surface area of nitrogen adsorption 100 ~ 120mg / g and DBP oil absorption 110 35 to 45 parts by weight of carbon black having a thickness of ~ 120cc / 100g and a TINT value of 100 to 120, 1 to 3 parts by weight of Koresin pressure sensitive adhesive, 2 to 5 parts by weight of sulfur, and 1 to 2 parts by weight of sulfenamide type accelerator. It is done.
The present invention will be described in more detail as follows.
In the cushion gum rubber composition for thermal vulcanization of recycled tires for truck buses of the present invention, the raw material rubber is natural rubber.
Carbon black used in the composition of the present invention is a carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 100 to 120 mg / g, a DBP oil absorption of 110 to 120 cc / 100 g, and a Tint value of 100 to 120, using a carbon black having such a crystal structure. It is advantageous in terms of processability and heat generation. The content of carbon black having such a structure is 35 to 45 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the raw material rubber. If the content is less than 35 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the raw material rubber, the reinforcement is poor. There may be disadvantageous problems in adhesive performance.
On the other hand, Koresin-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is used to secure the adhesive performance, the content is 1 to 3 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the raw material rubber. If the content of the pressure-sensitive adhesive exceeds 3 parts by weight, the adhesive performance may be improved, but there may be a problem of a decrease in processability due to the over-adhesive performance and a cost increase due to the excess of an appropriate amount of use. Specifically, the Koresin-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is a p-tert-butyl-phenol condensated acetylene product.
Sulfur is included in an amount of 2 to 5 parts by weight for high temperature vulcanization, where sulfur is a mixture of ground sulfur and insoluble sulfur. Specifically, it is preferable to use 1 to 2 parts by weight of ground sulfur and 1 to 3 parts by weight of insoluble sulfur in terms of securing storage stability and economical efficiency of the semi-finished product by insoluble sulfur.
As the vulcanization accelerator, sulfenamide-based accelerators are used, and sulfenamide-based accelerators include N-t-butyl-2-benzothiazyl sulfenamide. The content is preferably 1 to 2 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the raw material rubber. If the content is less than 1 part by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the raw rubber, the vulcanization time is delayed. Adhesion may be deteriorated and physical properties may be deteriorated due to a decrease in reversion generation due to shortening of vulcanization time.
In addition, the rubber composition of the present invention may further include additives such as zinc oxide, stearic acid, process oil, anti-aging agent, and the like, which are added in a conventional thermal vulcanizing cushion gum rubber composition.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the following examples and comparative examples. However, this does not limit the technical scope of the present invention.
