Claims (9)
- ⒜ 시료에 서브클레스 Ⅱa에 속하는 박테리오신을 첨가하여 반응시키는 단계;⒝ 단계 ⒜의 반응물을 PCR 주형으로 하고, 리스테리아 속 균종의 DNA를 증폭시킬 수 있는 특이적인 프라이머로 PCR 주형을 증폭하여 PCR 산물을 수득하는 단계; 및⒞ 단계 ⒝에서 수득한 PCR 산물을 전기영동으로 시각화함을 특징으로 하여 리스테리아 속 균종을 검출하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 시료가 우유, 유가공품, 육류 또는 육가공품임을 특징으로 하여 리스테리아 속 균종을 검출하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 서브클레스 Ⅱa에 속하는 박테리오신을 80 내지 240AU로 첨가함을 특징으로 하여 리스테리아 속 균종을 검출하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계 ⒜에서 서브클레스 Ⅱa에 속하는 박테리오신을 첨가하여 20 내지 40분동안 시료와 반응시킨 후, 추가적으로 상기 반응물을 90 내지 100℃에서 열처리함을 특징으로 하여 리스테리아 속 균종을 검출하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 서브클레스 Ⅱa에 속하는 박테리오신이 천연 페디오신 PA-1; 엔테로신 A; 디버기신 DV41; 메센테로신 Y105; 사카신 P; 쿠어바신 A; 류코신 UAL-187; 및 카노박테리오신 B2으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하여 리스테리아 속 균종을 검출하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 서브클레스 Ⅱa에 속하는 박테리오신이 천연 페디오신 PA-1임을 특징으로 하여 리스테리아 속 균종을 검출하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 천연 페디오신 PA-1이 페디오코커스 에시디락티시 K10 (Pediococcus acidilactici) 균으로부터 추출한 것임을 특징으로 하여 리스테리아 속 균종을 검출하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 리스테리아 속 균종이 리스테리아 모노사이토제네스(Listeria monocytogenes); 리스테리아 이바노비(Listeria ivanovii); 리스테리아 인노쿠아(Listeria innocua); 리스테리아 세에리게리(Listeria seeligeri); 리스테리아 웰쉬메리(Listeria welshimeri); 리스테리아 그레이(Listeria grayi); 및 리스테리아 머레이(Listeria murrayi)로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하여 검출하는 방법.
- 리스테리아 속 균종의 DNA를 특이적으로 증폭시킬 수 있는 프라이머 쌍, DNA 중합효소, dNTP 혼합물 및 PCR 반응 완충액으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 리스테리아 속 균종 검출키트.
