Abstract
Description
상기의 피스 A, B(6-1, 6-2)와 접합부(오리피스판과 디퓨저를 연결시키는 부분, 8)는 원추형 디퓨저(7)를 상·하류로 이동시킬 수 있도록 구성[도 2의 (가)]하였다. 즉 원추형 디퓨저(7)를 하류로 이동시키고자 할 때는 도 2의 (가)에서 피스 B(6-2)를 피스 A(6-1)부분으로 이동시킨다. 그러면 접합부(8)도 함께 하류측으로 이동되어 디퓨저(7) 전체부분이 하류측으로 가변된다[도 2의 (나)]. 그리고 원추형 디퓨저(7)를 상류로 이동시키고자 할 때는 도 2의 (가)에서 피스 A(6-1)를 피스 B(6-2)부분으로 이동시킨다. 그러면 접합부(8)도 함께 상류측으로 이동되어 디퓨저(7) 전체부분이 상류측으로 가변된다[도 2의 (다)]. 따라서 피스 A, B(6-1, 6-2)의 위치설정에 따라 원추형 디퓨저(7)를 상·하류로 이동시킬 수 있다.
Claims (1)
- 원추형 디퓨저가 오리피스판 하류에 연결된 저손실 오리피스 유량계에 있어서, 상기 디퓨저가 오리피스판과 디퓨저입구까지의 축방향을 따라 움직일 수 있도록 구성하고, 파이프내에서 발생하는 에너지 손실을 저감하고 유동박리를 최소화하고자, 원추형 디퓨저를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 저손실 오리피스 유량계.
