Claims (5)
- 반제품(블랭크)을 기계가공한 다음에,고정 연마재(fixed abrasive)를 사용하는 공구에 의해 구형 표면을 연삭하는 단계, 입경(grain sizes)이 감소하는 자유 연마재(free abrasive)와 그라인더를 사용하여 상기 구형 표면을 연삭하는 단계, 및 연마 단계를 포함하는 순차적인 형상화(shaping) 형성 단계가 실행되는 금속 광학 미러(metal optical mirrors)의 연마 가공 방법에 있어서,유기 결합제에 의거한 다이아몬드 미세분말로 이루어진 공구가 상기 고정 연마재를 사용하는 공구에 의해 상기 구형 표면의 연삭을 위해 사용되고,상기 자유 연마재에 의한 연삭 단계는 상기 표면들의 자체조정을 제공하는 프리 랩(free lap)에 의한 기계가공 기술에 따라 경질 그라인더를 사용하여 두 단계로 수행되며, 상기 자유 연마재는 증가된 연마재 집중도(concentration)를 갖는 다성분 연삭 혼합물(multi-component grinding mixture)로 이루어지고,상기 연마 단계는 고경도의 초미세분말로 이루어진 연마용 분말을 사용하는 경질 수지체를 구비한 연마기에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 광학 미러의 연마 가공 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공구를 제조하기 위해, 28/20의 입도(granularity)를 갖는 금속화된 다이아몬드 미세분말이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 광학 미러의 연마 가공 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 결합제로서 부타크릴(butacryl)이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 광학 미러의 연마 가공 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 그라인더용 재료로서는 인조 또는 천연 석영이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 광학 미러의 연마 가공 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 연마용 초미세분말로서는 0.5/0의 입경(grain size)을 갖는 다이아몬드 분말이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 광학 미러의 연마 가공 방법.
