Claims (7)
- 모터케이싱 내에 장착된 고정자와 상기 고정자의 내측에 소정의 간극을 유지하며 회전가능하게 결합된 회전자를 갖는 구동모터와, 상기 회전자와 회전축으로 결합되어 가스를 압축하는 임펠러를 구비한 터보압축기에 있어서,상기 모터케이싱으로 유입된 냉각가스가 통과하도록 상기 회전자에 상기 회전축방향으로 형성된 복수의 제1냉각홀부와;상기 각 제1냉각홀부 및 상기 간극 중 어느 하나를 통과하는 냉각가스가 다른 하나로 이동가능하게 상기 각 제1냉각홀부와 상기 간극을 연통하는 적어도 하나의 제2냉각홀부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2냉각홀부는 상기 제2냉각홀부를 통과하는 냉각가스가 상기 간극 또는 상기 제1냉각홀부로 예각을 이루며 유입되도록 경사지게 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2냉각홀부는 상기 회전축의 반경방향에서 상기 회전축방향으로 예각을 이루는 제1경사각과, 상기 회전축의 반경방향에서 상기 회전축의 회전방향으로 예각을 이루는 제2경사각을 갖도록 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1경사각 및 상기 제2경사각은 30°~60°정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 터보압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2냉각홀부는 상기 회전축의 반경방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 제1냉각홀부 중 적어도 하나의 입구부 또는 출구부에는 상기 간극 또는 상기 제1냉각홀부를 통과하는 냉각가스가 상기 제2냉각홀부를 통과하도록 냉각가스의 출입을 차단하는 홀마개가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보압축기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 홀마개는 상기 각 제1냉각홀부의 입구부 또는 출구부에 교번적으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보압축기.
