Claims (2)
- 고 포화자속밀도를 갖는 코발트계 비정질 연자성 합금에 있어서,용탕로에 주괴 형태의 모합금을 넣고 1200 내지 1600℃에서 용탕시키면서 Ar 가스를 용탕로에 주입시킨 후 용탕로에 있는 노즐을 통해 모합금이 냉각 롤에 떨어지게 하면서 급냉시켜 제조한 리본 형태의 합금은 코발트, 철, 망간, 크롬, 규소, 붕소를 포함하고 상기 각 성분은 원자%로 Co의 함유량은 70 내지 75, Fe의 함유량은 1.3 내지 3.5, Mn의 함유량은 1.9 내지 4.3, Cr의 함유량은 0.01 내지 1.7, Si의 함유량은 4 내지 13, B의 함유량은 8 내지 17이고, 상기 성분들의 그룹성분은 원자 %로 Fe+Mn의 함유량이 4.9 내지 5.4이고, Fe+Mn/Co+Fe+Mn의 함유량은 0.059 내지 0.068이며, Cr+Si+B의 함유량은 20 내지 24.5이고, 상기 합금에서 규소 함유량에 대한 붕소 함유량의 비(B/Si)는 2 내지 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 고 포화자속밀도를 갖는 코발트계 비정질 연자성 합금.
