이와같이된 본 발명은 승강작동체(4)의 선단부에 장치된 작동기(6)가 테이프 안내부(32) 상방향에 있을때는 스프링부재의 탄력으로 가압돌편(63)이 결속침 성형판(69) 외측으로 이동한 상태로 유지되기 때문에 견인침(66)으로 테이프(7)를 인출하기 위해 승강작동체(4)를 하강시켜 작동기(6)하단에 설치된 가압돌편(63)과 누름대(637)가 하향되면 본체 선단부에 형성된 테이프안내부(32)가 가압돌편과 누름대 사이로 투입되게 되어 가압돌편(63)과 테이프안내부(32)가 근접되도록 되고 가압돌편(63)이 테이프안내부(32)로 투입될 때 누름대(637)가 테이프의 상단부 양측을 눌리면서 하향되므로 테이프(7)의 상단부가 테이프안내부(32) 상단에서 아래로 감싸는 듯이 절곡되어 테이프안내부 내측에 밀착되고로 테이프의 상단이 절곡된 상태로 어 테이프 안내부(32)에 씌워저 결속준비를 완벽하게 만들게 되고,이는 테이프안내대(2)에서 상향으로 배출된 후 구부러져 있던 테이프(7)의 단부가 누름대(637)와 가압돌편(63)에 의해 하향으로 눌리면서 테이프안내부(32) 상단을 감싸면서 하향으로 정확하게 구부러져 테이프(7)끝이 약간 접히는 것을 설명한다.(도면 4도 참조)이 상태에서 작동기(6)가 하강하면 레버작동대(31)에 의해 작동기의 작동레버(67)가 눌리면서 견인침(66)이 스프링(66b)의 작동을 받아 내향으로 회동하여 테이프(7)의 단부에 견인침(66)이 투입하게 된다.이때 본 발명의 가압돌편(63)은 스프링부재의 탄력을 받으면서 결속침 성형판(69)외측으로 이동한 상태이므로 테이프 상단으로 침투하는 견인침(66)과 접촉하게 되면 견인침의 가압력을 받아 견인침이 작동하는 진행방향으로 압력을 받게 되고 이때 스프링부재가 수축되면서 가압돌편이 내측으로 회동하게 되는데이 동작으로 인해 견인침이 테이프에 투입되는 순간의 침투충격을 완화시킬 수 있게 되는 것이다.따라서 테이프(7)가 견인침(66)에 의해 관통될 때 발생할 수 있는 테이프(7)의 파열이 방지되는 것이다.이어서 견인침(66)이 테이프(7)에 관통된 상태에서 승강작동체(4)의 작동레버(4a)에 가해지는 힘을 해제하면 승강작동체(4)가 공지의 수단(스프링의 복귀력)으로 복원되면서 작동체 선단이 상향하여 테이프(7)를 인출하게 되는데 작동기(6)가 테이프 안내부(32)에서 이완될 때 가압돌편(63)이 테이프안내부(32)에서 외출되면 견인침(66)에 작용하는 스프링의 힘으로 가압돌편(63)이 견인침의 작동진행방향으로 계속 압력을 받기 때문에 내측으로 더 이동하여 결속침성형판(69)쪽으로 근접되고 그 상태를 유지하면서 테이프(7)를 당겨내어 결속공간(A) 앞쪽에 가설된다.이때, 결속하고저하는 묘목과 지지대가 테이프(7)에 감싸여지도록 결속공간(A)으로 밀어 넣은 후 결속작업을 하고 다시 승강작동체(4)를 하강시켜 결속침 압출부(3a)에 결속침형성판(69)을 밀착시켜 가압하면 본체(1)내면에 설치된 결속침압축기(30)가 결속침(3b)을 압출부로 밀어 내어 테이프(7)의 결속부를 관통한 후 결속침 성형판(69)에 의하여 돌출돈 끝이 절곡되면서 공지의 방법으로 체결되고 승강작동체(4)가 계속 하강하여 테이프안내대(2)외측에 형성된 레버작동기(31)가 작동기(6)의 작동레버(67)를 눌리게 되면 견인침(66)이 외향하게 되고 본체(1)끝에 부착된 절단칼(8)이 테이프(7)를 절단하므로서 체결이 완료되는 것이며 절단칼(8)이 가압돌편(63)과 누름대(637)사이로 투입되어 가압돌편(63)쪽으로 근접한 위치에서 체결부 외측을 절단하기 때문에 절단 찌꺼기도 발생하지 않고 절단이 이루어 지게 된다.이로서 결속과 절단이 종료되며 승강작동체(4)가 복귀하면 다음 작동에 대비하게 되고 승강작동체(4)가 복귀하면 완충스프링의 탄력에 의하여 가압돌편(63)은 외향하여 결속침 성형판(69) 외측테이프 안내부(32)쪽으로 위치하므로 작동체(4)가 하강할 때 테이프안내부(32)내측으로 접근하게 되고 테이프안내부(32)외측으로 설치된 누름대(637)가 그 외측에 위치하도록 되어 다음 작업에 대비하는 것이다.또한 테이프 절단시는 작동기(6)의 가압돌편(63)과 누름대(637) 사이로 절단칼(8)이 투입되므로서 가압돌편(63)과 누름대(637)가 절단칼(8)의 앞뒤에서 테이프(7)를 잡아주게 되어 테이프(7)의 정확한 절단이 이루어질 뿐 만 아니라, 절단된 테이프(7)의 상단부가 테이프안내부(32)의 내측을 따라 하향으로 접혀지게 되고또한, 첨부도면 도 8에서와 같이 결속이 완성되는 시점에서 견인침(66)의 절곡부 외면이 테이프(7)가 절단되기 직전에 테이프안내부(32)를 통해 배출되는 테이프(7)의 상면을 테이프안내부(32)의 절개부(32a)를 따라서 한번더 눌러주므로서 테이프(7)가 절단칼(8)에 의해 절단된 후에 테이프안내부(32)를 통해 배출되는 테이프(7)의 단부가 정확하게 테이프안내부(32)의 내측 하향으로 구부러진 상태를 유지하게 되어 다음 결속작업을 위해 승강작동체(4)가 하강할때 테이프 끝이 위로 들리는 일이 없도록 되어 첨부도면 도 4에서처럼 유지되므로 견인침(66)의 투입과 테이프(7)의 안전한 인출이 가능케 된다.한편, 본 발명의 가압돌편(63) 완충부에 코일스프링(639a)으로된 스프링 부재를 장치하면 도면9와 같이 작동기(6)의 하단부에서 결속침성형판(69)내측에 이르도록 돌출부(65)를 형성하여, 그 상면에는 스프링고정홈(651)을 형성하고 가압돌편(63)의 내면에 돌출부(635)를 형성하여 그 사이에 코일스프링(639a)을 장치함으로서 코일스프링(639a)으로 가압돌편(63)에 탄력을 주어 완충스프링을 구성할 수 있으므로 판스프링(639)을 스프링 부재로 장치했을 때와 동일한 효과를 발휘할 수 있게 되는 것이다.따라서 본 발명은 작동기(6)의 가압돌편(63)이 그 장치홈에서 스프링의 탄력을 받아 탄력을 가지면서 작동기(6)의 장치홈(62)에서 지지축(631)을 중심으로 내외측으로 회동하는 작용에 의해 견인침이 테이프에 투입될때 그 침투 충격을 완화시켜 테이프의 파열을 방지하게 되며 테이프의 인출준비와 절단과정에서 그 위치를 정확하게 확보하여 결속 작업에 따른 오동작을 방지하여 결속기를 이용한 결속작업을 보다 신속하고 능률적으로 수행할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 결속작업의 연속성을 보장할 수 있어 사용이 편리한 이점을 얻는 것이다.According to the present invention as described above, when the actuator 6 installed at the tip of the elevating actuator 4 is in the upward direction of the tape guide portion 32, the pressure protrusion piece 63 binds to the needle forming plate 69 by the elasticity of the spring member.
