Claims (3)
- 규산질 유리의 조성에 K2O, PbO, ZnO등의 금속산화물을 배합 용융하여 280nm이하 파장대의 자외선의 투과를 제한하도록 만들어진 유리로 형광등용 유리관을 구성하고, 자외선중 283nm~310nm 파장대의 자외선을 발광하는 할로겐인산칼슘계 화합물과 붕소산스트론듐계 화합물을 일정 비율로 배합하고 1,000~1,300℃의 온도로 가열, 소성한 후 200~300 메쉬의 입도로 분말화하여 만든 형광물질을 상기 유리관의 내부에 도포하여 완성된 형광등을 설치구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 특수파장대의 자외선을 이용한 인체치료용 의료기기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광물질은 1000~1200g의 CaHPO4, 248~350g의 CaCO3, 80~90g의 CaF2, 10~25g의 CaCl2, 14~30g의 MnCO3, 20~37g의 Sb2O3를 포함하는 할로겐인산칼슘계 형광분말과, 100~150g의 SrCO3, 1~5g의 MgO, 20~30g의 SrCl2·6H2 O, 700~800g의 H3BO3, 20~30g의 PbO를 포함하는 붕소산스트론듐계 형광분말을 85~95:15~5의 비율로 혼합 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 특수파장대의 자외선을 이용한 인체치료용 의료기기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광등 유리는 69.0~72.4wt%의 SiO2, 2.0~5.0wt%의 PbO, 11.0~15.0wt%의 K2O, 0.1~0.5wt%의 B2O3, 4.0~8.0wt%의 CaO, 2.0~5.0wt%의 ZnO, 8.0~11.0wt%의 Na2O, 0.5~1.0wt%의 As2O3를 포함하는 조성물로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특수파장대의 자외선을 이용한 인체치료용 의료기기.
