다음 표 1에 나타낸 성분과 함량으로 통상의 고무 조성물을 제조하는 방법으로 고무 조성물을 제조하였다. 이 고무 조성물을 사용하여 종래와 동일한 방법으로 엔진오일 필터용 팩킹을 제조하였으며, 실시예의 경우 내면고무층과 외면고무층의 고무 조성물을 가류접착시켜 엔진오일 필터용 팩킹을 제조하였다. 상기 표 2 에 나타난 바와 같이, 본 발명의 방법에 의한 실시예는 135 ℃, 72시간 내열성 측정 결과 노화후 경화를 방지하기 위하여 목표로 하는 경도치인 80 Hs 이하로 나타났고, 신율 변화율이 -40 % 이하로 낮게 나타나 내열성이 우수하게 향상되었음을 알 수 있다. 또한 135 ℃, 200 시간 내열성 측정한 결과 크랙이 발생하지 않았으며, 내오존성 측정 평가에서도 크랙이 발생하지 않음을 알 수 있고, 압력 관련 측정 결과 기존의 경우에 비해 성능이 월등히 향상되었음을 알 수 있었다.
