Claims (15)
- 여러 가지 광확산 시트의 투과율, 헤이즈(haze) 데이터 및 그 데이터들에 대응되는 광확산 시트의 휘도 데이터를 이용하여 통계 표본을 추출하는 단계와;상기 추출된 통계 표본에 대한 회귀 모형을 수립하는 단계와;상기 수립된 회귀 모형에 대한 오차항(잔차)을 최소화시키는 회귀계수를 산출하고, 그 산출된 회귀계수를 이용하여 회귀식을 도출하는 단계; 및상기 도출된 회귀식을 이용하여, 광확산 시트의 투과율 및 헤이즈의 변화에 의한 광확산 시트의 휘도를 예측하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시트의 최적화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회귀 모형은 투과율 및 헤이즈에 대한 다중 회귀 모형으로 수립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시트의 최적화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회귀 모형은 L = a + bT + cH + dT2 + eH2 + fTH + ei로 수립되고, 여기서 L은 휘도, T는 투과율, H는 헤이즈를 각각 나타내며, a, b, c, d, e, f는 각 항목에 대한 회귀계수이며, ei는 오차항(잔차)을 의미하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시트의 최적화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회귀식은 L = a + bT + cH + dT2 + eH2 + fTH로 수립되고, 여기서 L은 휘도, T는 투과율, H는 헤이즈를 각각 나타내며, a, b, c, d, e, f는 각 항목에 대한 회귀계수인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시트의 최적화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수립된 회귀 모형에 대한 오차항(잔차)을 최소화시키는 회귀계수를 산출함에 있어, 최소자승법을 이용하여 오차항(잔차)을 최소화시키는 회귀계수를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시트의 최적화 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중의 어느 한 항의 방법에 의하여 예측된 결과를 참조하여, 광확산 시트의 조건으로 선택되어진 투과율 및 헤이즈에 맞도록 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시트.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 광확산 시트의 투과율은 77~92% 영역의 값을 가지며, 헤이즈는 40~85% 영역의 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시트.
