Description
The present invention is configured in the bottom of the beams and embankments when there is a risk of excessive flow of water stored or flowed in floods and rainy seasons, especially in the beams and dikes for blocking or storing water in reservoirs and streams or inducing water flow. The invention is to prevent the enormous loss due to the loss of beams and embankments by opening the discharge port to discharge the water.
In general, the floodgates in the beams and embankments are usually opened to control the amount of water stored when the inflow from the upstream increases during floods and heavy rains. In this case, floods and heavy rains occur in the middle of the night or during power outages, and are made without notice, and thus, artificial control is difficult.
In addition, if the floodgates cannot be opened at the proper time, the water stored in the reservoir or the water flowing into the river overflows the banks and collapses the beams and banks, causing huge damage not only to neighboring lands but also to houses. It takes a situation.
In the present invention, when the water level is adjusted by checking the water level, without determining whether to open the water gate, the floodgate is opened by no operation and no power in accordance with the height of the water level, thereby preventing flooding caused by flooding in advance. It is an object of the present invention to provide a beam and a levee for storing water by closing the gate by itself when lowered.

In the present invention, when flooding due to rainy season or heavy rain occurs in the reservoir beam and river bank, when the water level rises above a certain level in accordance with the height of the beam and the bank, an accident that collapses and overflows may occur. As an invention for providing a safety countermeasure, the present invention will be mainly described based on river banks.
As shown in FIG. 1, the embankment 21 of the present invention embeds a discharge pipe 27 for discharging water. The inlet of the discharge pipe 27 is provided so that the fixing ring 36 is inclined at an angle. And, install the sluice gate 30 is connected by the fixing ring 36 and feldspar 33.
In addition, the induction pipe 22 is buried in the upper portion of the embankment 21, and the outlet 22 'passes through one side of the discharge pipe 27 so as to be parallel to the discharge pipe 27. At the inlet of the induction pipe 22, the auxiliary door frame 23 connected to the bookkeeping 25 by the connecting rod 25 'is obliquely provided, and the auxiliary door frame 23 and the auxiliary cover 26 are feldspar 24. Connect by. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the auxiliary cover 26 is provided with a net 37 having a predetermined width to prevent foreign substances or garbage from blocking the induction pipe 22. In addition, a moving section 29 having a predetermined width is formed at an end portion of the outlet 22 ′ of the induction pipe 22, and a moving table 40 is installed in the moving section 29. On the other hand, the inlet of the induction pipe 22 is positioned somewhat higher than the safety level.
The upper bank 21 of the discharge pipe 27 is embedded in the induction pipe 35 parallel to the discharge pipe 27 and the end of the discharge pipe 27 through the discharge pipe 27, the predetermined in the induction pipe 35 The roller 31 is provided at each position, and the rope 32 is connected to the water gate 30 and connected to the movable table 40 of the moving section 29 through the guide pipe 35.
The moving section 29 assembles an angle 50 having an approximately "c" shape to both sides, and a moving table 40 having a plurality of wheels 51 sliding at the moving section 29 at equal intervals. Is combined. And, the lower side of the movable table 40 is provided with a projection rib 41, the rear side to assemble the spring 44 to mitigate the impact when the movable table 40 is pushed by the discharged water discharged. .
At this time, since the movable table 40 should have a light weight enough to be pulled when the water gate 30 is closed, the movable table 40 is formed as a hollow section 40 ', and at this time, the movable section 29 and the movable table 40 ) Is installed at the end of the discharge pipe 27, so that the repair is easy in the event of a failure during long-term use.
Further, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the moving section 29 has a cylindrical or semi-circular shape in the same size as that of the discharge pipe 27, and a plurality of angles 50 of the " c " Fix at intervals. Then, the wheel 51 is assembled and moved to the inner surface of the moving section 29, the lower side is provided with a movable table 40, the protrusion ribs 61, 71 are formed.
Therefore, when the water of the reservoir rises to the upper side of the embankment 21, the swelling 25 connected to the auxiliary cover 26 gradually floats, and the auxiliary cover 26 is opened. Then, the water is discharged through the induction pipe 22, and when the amount of water gradually increases and the water pressure is increased, the protruding rib of the movable table 40 provided on the outlet 22 'side of the induction pipe 22 ( Pressure is applied to 41) and pushes it backwards.
The movable table 40 is pushed while the wheel 51 slides the moving section 29, and the rope 32 is pulled integrally by the sliding of the movable table 40, and the rope 32 is a discharge pipe. The water gate 30 of 27 is pulled open, and the water is rapidly discharged through the discharge pipe 27, and the water discharged through the discharge pipe 27 is also combined with the water discharged through the induction pipe 22. Since the protruding ribs 41 of the movable table 40 are pushed with a stronger force, the water gate 30 of the discharge pipe 27 is completely opened.
As the water level is increased in this way, by opening the water gate 30 by itself, the water level of the reservoir can be adjusted without additional manipulation, and as the water is gradually discharged, the swelling 25 gradually sinks, and the auxiliary cover 26 ) Covers the induction pipe (22). Then, the water pressure pushing the movable table 40 is eliminated, the movable table 40 is pulled by the weight of the water gate 30 and slides to the front side, the water gate 30 also closes the discharge pipe 27 to further water In addition, as another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 9, in the dam or the beam installed in the existing, it is a small diameter in the inner upper portion of the discharge pipe 27 buried in the lower portion Induction pipe 22 is suspended and installed, the inlet is installed in the upper safety section of the dam or beam, the outlet 22 'of the induction pipe 22 is located in the end movement section 29 of the discharge pipe 27 And, the inlet of the induction pipe 22 is installed an auxiliary cover 26 connected to the bookkeeping 25, and the water gate 30 is installed at the inlet of the discharge pipe (27). In addition, the water gate 30 is connected to the moving table 40 provided in the moving section 29 by hanging the rope 32. Therefore, when the flood occurs, the auxiliary cover 26 is stored water becomes full water level. By opening and moving the movable base 40 to the rear side due to the pressure of the water flowing through the induction pipe 22, the water gate 30 is opened by the rope 32 connected integrally with the movable base 40. This has the advantage that the structure of the present invention can be easily applied to the existing embankment.
In the present invention, when a flood occurs in the embankment or the beam, the water gate of the discharge pipe is automatically opened by no power according to the water level, and when the water is discharged and the risk factor disappears, the water gate of the discharge pipe is closed. Since it is not discharged, it can serve as a reservoir, it is a useful invention that can save the labor and time, and prevent the risk of flooding of water.
