- 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트로 이루어진 스판본드 웹사이에 폴리프로필렌 멜트블론 마이크로화이버로 이루어진 내부섬유상 웹을 위치시키고 압착시킨 스판본드/멜트블로운/스판본드 형태의 폴리프로필렌 다층 부직포에 있어서, 부직포에 퍼플루오르알킬에틸 아크릴레이트계 발유제가 부직포 총 중량에 대하여 0.4 ~ 5.0 wt%, 아니온성 술폰산염계 대전방지제가 부직포 총 중량에 대하여 0.1 ~ 2.0 wt% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 폴리프로필렌 다층부직포.
- 용융지수(M.F.R)가 20∼80g/10분인 폴리프로필렌 칩을 주원료로 하여 익스투르더에서 용융, 혼합, 균질화시켜 구금을 통하여 용융 방사, 냉각 및 연신 공정을 거쳐 필라멘트를 형성시킨후, 연속으로 이동되는 다공질 컨베이어 벨트상에서 스판본드층 제1, 제2웹을 형성하고, 용융지수(M.F.R)가 800∼1300g/10분인 폴리프로필렌 칩을 주원료로 사용하여 익스투르더에서 용융, 혼합, 균질화시켜 구금을 통하여 용융 방사하고, 측면노즐에서 분사되는 높은 속력의 집중된 가열공기로 방사되는 폴리머를 연신시켜 1~5㎛의 미세한 굵기의 실로 된 마이크로파이버상의 멜트블로운층 제3웹을 형성하여 스판본드/멜트블로운/스판본드층으로 적층하고, 칼렌더로 열접착시켜 형태안정성을 부여하는 단계;퍼플루오르알킬에틸 아크릴레이트계 발유제와 아니온성 술폰산염계 대전방지제가 혼합되어 있는 조액에 상기 적층부직포를 침적, 건조 및 열처리시키는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 폴리프로필렌 다층 부직포 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 발유제와 대전 방지제가 혼합되어 있는 조액은 최종적으로 얻어진 부직포에 발유제가 부직포 총 중량에 대하여 0.4 ~ 5.0 wt%, 대전방지제가 0.1 ~ 2.0 wt%, 함유되도록 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 의료용 폴리프로필렌 다층부직포 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서 스판본드/멜트블로운/스판본드의 3층구조에서, 스판본드층 양쪽의 합이 2층~4층으로 구성되고, 중앙의 멜트블로운층도 2층~4층으로 구성되는것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 폴리프로필렌 다층부직포 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 다층 부직포는 평방미터당 중량이 40~70g/㎡이고, 두께가 0.1~0.7㎜이며, 본딩율이 10~30%인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 폴리프로필렌 다층부직포 제조방법.
