본 발명은 폴리에스테르 가연사의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 , 보다 구체적으로는 폴리에스테르 미연신사를 사용하여 크림프 견뢰도 및 신축성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 가연사를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing polyester twisted yarn, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing polyester twisted yarn having excellent crimp fastness and stretchability using polyester unstretched yarn.

일반적으로 폴리에스테르 가연사는 150∼210℃의 고온하에서 500∼900m/분의 연신속도로 고속열연신하여 제조한다. 이러한 제조방법으로 제조한 폴리에스테르 가연사는 꼬임이 균일하게 형성되고 크림프 견뢰도가 우수하나 신장탄성율이 저하되는 단점이 있으며 특히 1600T/M정도의 높은 꼬임계수를 가지는 가연사에서는 신장탄성율이 25%에 가깝게 저하되어 신축성이 낮은 등의 결점을 가지고 있다.In general, polyester twisted yarn is produced by high-speed thermal stretching at a draw speed of 500 to 900 m / min at a high temperature of 150 to 210 ℃. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명자는 미연신사를 장력하에서 고온열처리하게 되면 결정도와 배향도가 증가되어 절단강도와 초기탄성율은 증가하나 신장탄성율은 감소하게 되며 이러한 상태에서 가연을 하게 되면 얻어진 가연사는 신축성이 저하되나, 미연신사를 열처리없이 상온에서 저속냉연신하게 되면 배향도는 증가하는 반면에 결정도는 저하되어 신장탄성율이 증가되고 이러한 상태에서 가연을 하게 되면 얻어진 가연사는 신축성이 우수하게 된다는 사실에 착안하여 본 발명을 완성하게 된 것이다. 그러나 본 발명에서는 폴리에스테르 미연신사를 20∼50℃의 낮은 온도에서 연신을 행하게 되나 연신속도를 150∼200m/분정도의 느린속도로 연신함으로써 연속연신을 할 수 있게 한다. 상기의 20∼50℃의 온도에서 연신하게 되면 결정화도가 낮아져 필라멘트 내부에 비결정영역이 많아지게 되며, 상기의 150∼200m/분의 연신속도로 연신하게 되면 충격파단을 방지하여 연속연신을 할 수 있는 동시에 배향도를 증가시킬 수 있다. 본 발명의 폴리에스테르 가연사는 100T/M정도의 약한 가연공정에 의해서도 신장탄성율 및 크림프견뢰도가 우수하며 기존의 고속열연신한 가연사는 1600T/M의 높은 꼬임수에서 가연할 경우에는 25%정도로 신장탄성율이 저하되나 본 발명에 의한 저속냉연신에 의한 가연사는 1600T/M의 높은 꼬임수에서도 40%의 우수한 신장탄성율을 유지하여 결과적으로 높은 신축성을 나타낼 수 있다.In the present invention, however, the unstretched polyester is stretched at a low temperature of 20 to 50 ° C., but the stretching speed is stretched at a slow speed of about 150 to 200 m / min to enable continuous stretching. 이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의하면 폴리에스테르 미연신사를 저속냉연신, 가연하여 균일한 꼬임을 가지고 크림프견뢰도가 우수하면서도 신축성이 높은 폴리에스테르 가연사를 제조할 수 있으며, 기존의 고속열연신한 가연사는 꼬임수을1600T/M의 가연계수로 가연하는 경우에는 25%까지 신장탄성율이 저하되는데 반해 본 발명에 의한 저속냉연신에 의한 가연사는 1600T/M의 높은 꼬임수에서도 우수한 신장탄성율(40%)을 유지할 수 있으며, 저속으로 연신하기 때문에 저온에서도 연속연신이 가능하여 안정된 공정을 행할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다.
