Claims (6)
- 금속소재를 단조가공하여 일정한 형태를 갖는 요오크(102)로 형성한 후, 코일(104)이 삽입되는 요오크(102)의 외측홈부(103)를 절삭하여 외경을 가공하는 단계와; 상기 단계 후에 상기 요오크(102)의 중심부분에 보스(130)와 베어링(170)이 설치되는 내측홈부(105)를 절삭하여 내경을 가공하는 단계와; 상기 단계 후에 상기 내측홈부(105)에 연속하여서 일정 단차를 갖도록 하는 조립홈부(107)를 형성하는 단계와; 상기 단계 후에 상기 요오크(102)의 외측홈부(103)에 드릴구멍(106)을 형성한 후, 도금을 하는 단계와; 상기 단계 후에 상기 요오크(102)의 외측홈부(103)에 와인딩한 코일(104)을 삽입하고, 상기 드릴구멍(106)으로 배선을 인출한 후, 수지를 도포하여 코일(104)을 외측홈부(103)에 견고하게 고정하는 단계와; 상기 단계 후에 상기 요오크(102)에 코일(104)이 설치된 요오크어셈블리를 자연상태에서 숙성하여 건조한 후, 전기성능을 검사하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 전자 클러치 조립체 제조방법에 있어서,상기 상기 요오크(102)의 외측홈부(103)에 코일(104)을 수지로 몰딩할 때, 수지의 몰딩시간은 3분 내지 7분 이고, 몰딩되는 두께는 1.2 ∼ 1.7mm로 형성하고, 상기 코일(104)에 몰딩된 수지를 건조할 때, 10℃ 이상의 온도로, 10 ∼ 14 시간범위에서 진행하며, 상기 요오크(102)에 코일(104)이 설치된 오오크어셈블리의 전기성능 검사는, 9.5Ω±10%의 저항과, 2.4A ±10%의 소비전류와, 10MΩ의 절연저항을 기준으로 하여 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자클러치 조립체의 요오크어셈블리 제조방법.
