Abstract

Description
본 발명은 캡플라이 기능을 겸비한 타이어 하부 트레드 고무 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 천연고무, 이소프렌 고무, 부타디엔 고무를 블렌드한 원료고무에 충진제로서 카본블랙과 탄성체를 첨가하므로써 내열성과 접착성이 향상된, 캡플라이 기능을 겸비한 하부 트레드 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a tire tread rubber composition having a capply function, and more specifically, to a raw material blended with natural rubber, isoprene rubber, and butadiene rubber, by adding carbon black and an elastomer as a filler to improve heat resistance and adhesion. 본 발명에서 사용되는 탄성체(Engeneered elastomer)는 스티렌부타디엔 고무(SBR;Styrene Butadiene Rubber)에 탄성체 전체 중량 기준으로 펄프를 20∼30중량% 혼입하여 제조된 것이다. 상기 탄성체는 펄프를 황산에 담그어 펄프가 배향성을 갖게한 후, 스티렌부타디엔 고무에 펄프를 20~30중량% 혼입하여 마스터 배치화하므로써 제조된다. 이때, 펄프의 함량이 20중량% 미만이면 첨가에 따른 효과가 미흡하고, 30중량%를 초과하면 분산성이 나빠져 바람직하지 않다.The elastomer used in the present invention (Engeneered elastomer) is prepared by incorporating 20 to 30% by weight of pulp on the basis of the total weight of the elastomer in styrene butadiene rubber (SBR; Styrene Butadiene Rubber).
