본 발명은 각종 입자상 물질이 쌓인 야적장 등에서 분진이 비산됨을 방지하기 위한 도포재 조성물에 관한 것으로, 폐지 슬러지에 산화칼슘을 주성분으로 한 경화제가 혼합되어 있는 본 발명에 따른 도포재는 물에 분산된 슬러리 형태로 야적장에 분사시 바람에 의해 야적장의 분진이 비산되거나 우천시 야적층이 씻겨 내려가는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a coating material composition for preventing dust from scattering in a yard, etc., in which various particulate matters are accumulated. 본 발명의 도포재 조성물은 야적장 적재층 위에 살포시 상기 폐지 슬러지와 경화제를 소정의 비율로 혼합한 다음, 여기에 물을 10% ~ 90% 혼합하여 슬러리 상태로 하여 분사하게 된다. 살포량은 고형분 기준으로 살포면적 1 m2당 약 150g ~ 800g 정도이면 충분하며, 바람에 의한 분진 비산방지시는 살포량이 적어도 되나 우천시에는 살포량을 늘려 두텁게 도포하는 것이 좋다. 물은 폐지 슬러지와 경화제가 혼합되어 결합력을 나타내도록 해주는 역할을 하는데, 물의 함량이 너무 적은 경우는 도포재를 살포시에 노즐장치 등이 막히는 어려움이 있으며, 물의 함량이 너무 많으면 야적층 등에 살포시 일정 두께로 도포하기 위해서는 많은 양을 뿌려야 하며, 이 경우 물의 함량이 너무 많아 도포재 성분이 야적층과 결합되기 전에 물과 함께 쓸려 내려올 수 있다. 이와 같이 슬러리 형태의 도포재를 야적층 등에 살포하게 되면 물이 증발되면서 폐지슬러지와 경화제의 작용으로 견고한 표면 피막층을 형성하게된다.The coating material composition of the present invention is mixed with the waste paper sludge and the curing agent in a predetermined ratio when spraying on the yard loading layer, and then mixed with 10% to 90% of water to form a slurry. 본 발명에 따른 도포재의 성능을 알아보기 위하여 약 3kg의 유연탄을 이용하여 모의 야적장을 설치하고 실시예 1의 도포재 조성물을 야적장 표면에 고형분 기준으로 약 250g/m2을 도포하여 1일간 건조하였다. 여기에 야적층 1m 위에서 살수장치를 이용하여 강우량 1000mm/hr의 조건으로 물을 1 시간동안 살수하여 물에 의해 유실되는 유연탄의 양을 측정하므로써 도포재의 성능을 알아보았다. 비교예로 약 90wt%의 비닐아세테이트와 10wt%의 부틸아크릴레이트를 주성분으로한 고분자 계통의 표면경화제(Green-666A, Green Chemical)를 야적층에 살포하여 그 효과를 비교하여 표 2에 나타내었다.In order to determine the performance of the coating material according to the present invention, a simulated yard was installed using bituminous coal of about 3 kg, and the coating material composition of Example 1 was coated on the surface of the yard by about 250 g / m 2 and dried for 1 day.
